Why stay anywhere else?
I can not recommend this hotel enough! We stayed here 2 separate times on our way to and from California. Super clean, friendly staff, great facilities, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, quiet rooms and halls and the best thing of all was the price! Oh and did I mention that breakfast was included? Anytime I’m in phoenix, this will be the stay for me.

Wonderful location right in the heart of town with many nice restaurants nearby. The room gets really dark when you pull down both blinds, making for a great sleep at night. The pillows made you never want to leave the bed. The breakfast wasn’t traditional, it included a yogurt bar, a bread bar and eggs made for you fresh when you ask. I traveled for a business conference and ended up getting an extra couple of days due to the comfort and niceness of the hotel. No complaints

It’s so nice and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds - especially after a long day. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. We didn’t arrive until after midnight due to several flight delays and they were still there in person to get us taken care of.

We stayed here 1 nite on a roadtrip. We had a good time and thought the hotel was nice. But we forgot a toiletry bag with 2 expensive colognes. We called the hotel several times but it wasn’t ever found. It took 5 calls until they found the bag. Because the 1st experience was good, we decided to stay at the same hotel on the way back and pick up the bag. Bad move! The most expensive between the 2 colognes was taken from the bag. The manager said he looked thru all the cameras and never saw anyone taking the cologne. Not sure there are cameras inside the rooms and bathrooms but I sure hope there aren’t. So my guess is it was taken while the bag was still in the room, OR it was taken in a spot where there are no cameras, OR the manager never went thru cameras. The manager said that because of this, he would refund the parking and gave us a free can of iced tea from the hotel’s store. I mentioned that the first time I stayed at the hotel, I was charged for parking but didn’t enter the garage. They give you a paper with a barcode to scan to enter and leave the garage. I never used it and parked on the street. So instead of checking to see I never scanned the barcode, they automatically charged me for parking. The manager smirked at me and said he would refund that too. Insulting! If a guest says they never parked in the garage, he can either go back and “look at the cameras” or believe the guest, specially after they’re missing a $150 cologne. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

We stayed at this hotel 12 days ago when on a roadtrip cross country. The first time we stayed, we had a great time and thought the hotel was nice. But we forgot a toiletry bag with many items inside the bag and two very expensive colognes. We called the hotel a total of 4 times asking about this toiletry bag and they kept saying it wasn’t found. It wasn’t until the 5th time on the phone that they found the bag. Because we had a good experience the first time we stayed there, we decided to stay at the same hotel on the way back so we could pick up the bag. This time, it wasn’t a good experience. Upon arrival, we found the toiletry bag had been gone thru and one of the colognes was missing. It was the most expensive between the two colognes. The manager stated he had gone thru all the cameras and never saw anyone taking the cologne. Not sure if there are cameras inside the rooms and bathrooms but I truly hope there aren’t. So my guess is that the cologne was taken from the bag while the bag was still in the room when we left. Or the cologne was taken from the bag where there are no cameras. Or the manager never went thru cameras because of an unimportant cologne. The manager said that because of this, he would refund the parking and gave us a free can of iced tea from the hotel’s store. So we got 20 something dollars for parking plus 4 dollars for iced tea back from a $150 cologne that was stolen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL unless you don’t bring any valuables with you.
