Large 2-bd suite, but old and stale decorating. Dirty carpet, hairs in bed and in shower. Free made to order breakfast is actually a buffet style breakfast with wet potatoes, dry pancakes and good eggs and bacon. You can get an omelette made, which I suggest. Pool/spa area is nice. But if you stay in second building, it's a 24-hr pool. Noisier building.

If only the rooms were better kept…
Overall I’m not sure we would come back—we were given a room that looked like mold was growing in the shower. The carpet turned my poor baby’s feet black. We asked to move to a different room. It was much better but the carpet was just as dirty and the toilet leaked. The pool areas are clean and everyone who works at the hotel was very nice. If the rooms were cleaner, we would stay here again.

The mattress is old/sunk in the middle! But the facility is well kept, beautiful Christmas decor! The breakfast is very nice! Scottsdale is a very beautiful city!

Even though the breakfast bar was too crowded when we wanted to have breakfast, it was a good and delicious experiences to enjoy all the options to start the day. In the other hand, my girlfriend and I wer expecting a shower instead of a tub in our bedroom. We loved everything.

Great Amenities, Heat not working in the Suite
The amenities are great. Breakfast is stunningly good, and the overall facility is nice. There is a happy hour in the evening. The room was clean but disappointing. The heat did not work, I ended up opening the hide-a-bed to get an extra blanket. The shower was out of body soap, and the trim rings around the shower head were not caulked down for some reason. The sink drain ran very slowly. Most of this stuff should be trivial to fix.
Heat/73 room was 67 at 3-4AM
Just sloppy maintenance
Maid obviously never even looked at the supplies

We had a great stay. Happy hour and complimentary breakfast were a hit! The pool could have been heated a little warmer but the kids didn't mind actually--too cold for me! We never found the hot tub--very large property!
