The staff put me a room where there was a strong chemical smell coming from the heater. I was told at 11 am I had a choice of two rooms, the room I was in or another room where the chemical choked you. This location shared my personal information and verified my room number with an unknown person. I am a domestic violence survivor. Please note you pit my life in danger and engaged in assault when you gave me a room with a strong chemical smell. The room was old, filthy and there was the famous person stomping on the floor in the room above me. Do you realize I have videos of people stomping on the floor all over Ohio, to Denver to Arizona. This is stalking and I can only be stalked if you release my personal information and verify my room number. Thank you so much for violating my privacy.

The staff shared my personal information and confirmed my room number with an unknown third party. There was a strong chemical odor in the room and the staff refused to change the room. There was a non-employee in my room who posed as a maintenance man who couldn't fix a toilet but wanted to check on the smell. STOP SHARING MY LOCATION THIS IS A THREAT TO MY HEALTH AND SAFETY. I AM A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVOR !

Decent night's stay.
It was a decent night's stay prior to a flight home that is really close to the airport. For a morning right it is less than 10 minutes away from the car rental building. Then it's a team ride to the airport. In addition, it's a pet friendly hotel. It's also a non-smoking facility; however, you are able to smoke outside of the building. Upon entering, there were some Halloween decor that was simple and cute. The lobby was open and clean. The elevator was also clean and in good working condition. The stairs are clean as well. It's wide and has plenty of room for a lot of people to walk up-and-down. The check-in person must've been having a day or something but there could be some improvement in mannerism. Nonetheless, he was short and to the point. Check-in went smoothly and everything was clear. Checkout person was very friendly, polite, courteous and sweet. She helped us with the grab and go breakfast as well as checkout. The room was very quaint. Everything in the room matches the pictures except for the cover to cover the bottom of the bed. The fridge as well as the kitchen area was clean. Cooking equipment and dinnerware was open request. The bed was soft and comfortable. The pillows seem relatively new. They were super fluffy and had medium firmness to it. Towels were clean and neat inside the bathroom.

All of the staff was absolutely incredible especially Ricky ! Only there was an issue with not being able to get the usual captions working on the TV and I am hard of hearing so it was a big deal for me. And as I was on the second floor with cranky knees and the elevator was broken for a couple days this was problematic, otherwise I would have given them a higher rating. The place is old and is just okay, but the air conditioning was phenomenal in the entire place and this was during an incredible heat wave! The full size fridge and cabinets were a nice touch along with the kitchen sink, but the lack of dishes and cups threw me as I got in quite late at night and didn't realize you had to ask for what you want. The morning coffee was horrible, I don't know what kind they use but they should change brands LOL

Customer service needs improvement
First of all my wife and I, we’re looking forward staying here for night due to attending a concert at the footprint center. We walked into the hotel lobby and we see a sign that says “will be right back” but you hear people talking behind the counter. All of a sudden a fellow by the name of Chris appears and just stares at us with out saying anything. I told Chris I had reservations and right away with an attitude starts demanding for ids and bank cards. We were surprise how lousy the customer services has become. We had stay here before in the past and we never had this type of experience.
