The housekeeping service advertised - be advised it is at an extra charge before your first full week. Son checked in on a Sunday - requested housekeeping on a Saturday - charged $22. It does have dishes but you have to request them from the office. No ice machine on premises. Rooms is definitely worn - you can tell it is used for those between places to live or long term employment. Paint on the floor & dresser from someone’s art project, areas where children’s stickers were removed, etc. Overall worked well for the week my son couldn’t get into his new apartment, and the price you get what you pay for. But definitely not thrilled with the extra charge for housekeeping or not actually having the items in the room.

I had a room booked for 1 delux king suite. Me and my fiance were given a room with two full size double beds. I showed them my printout from my online purchase which clearly stated a king suite and they said that Expedia had me down for the double bed suite. Was not happy at all. Tv' needed an upgrade, was not as comfortable with the room as we should of been. Dont know if I would ever use expedia for my traveling due to the mistake woth the room. I would like to teceive what i paid and selected.

This property was an inconvenience for me for the following reasons: • There was bad plumbing and I had to repeatedly request maintenance during my stays at this property. • The supposed “breakfast” that is claimed to be offered, (which is only Grab&Go granola bars for food options), ran out daily by 7am and it’s supposed to be offered from 6-9am. • I was placed on a DNR: Do Not Rent list for an unknown reason by someone in management or a higher up position. I followed hotel policy during all of my stays. When I tried to check in to this property on 8/15 after booking one night through a third party, I was told I was on a Do Not Rent list. I wasn’t given an explanation for the reasoning for being on the DNR list, and was told by hotel staff that it cannot be changed once it’s in the system. This was a horrible experience, considering I’ve spent a lot of money at Extended Stay Hotels and also this specific property location. The staff and management at this hotel location failed to deliver basic customer service. I am very disappointed.

From the moment we walked in, the environment at Extended Stay America was welcoming. We were greeted by James, the manager, with smiles and hospitality. Though we arrived a bit early and our very clearly ragged appearances could have been met with disdain, we were instead treated with caring humanity. "Y'all look exhausted. Normally there is an early check-in fee, but... you look like you've had enough today. Let's get you checked in." I almost broke down again, because we were truly at the limit of our resources and energy. When we walked into the second-story room with its clean appearance and every amenity of a studio apartment, we felt like heaven had opened its gates to us. I showered—an act too long in the completing, I guarantee—and felt almost human again. I laid down on the firm bed and slept for hours. Thank you so much, James, for your kindness and decency. As soon as we can accommodate, we will be long-time customers. Perhaps you'll teach the staff at La Quinta how to be a little more human! Thank you so much!

Close to freeway and coffee, fast food and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic granola bars, muffins, oatmeal and coffee. Room was spacious but not clean and not completely accessible. Roaches in kitchen area and by air conditioner, floor dusty, shower was a handheld but taped up so a person with limited mobility can’t use. Bed was high for a wheelchair user.

The room was a double bed, my family and i stayed for two nights the staff was very nice, but thats was the only thing nice about this place. The room was run down. One bed was so worn sleeping on it was unbearable and use the pull out couch instead. Funiture was very worn. Tv remote didnt work, bed side lamps didnt work, slippery bath tub, towel rack fell of the wall, shower curtain was dirty and rod was bent keep it from staying in place. AC hardly worked, bathroom door didnt lock. Just dont waste your money staying here. Hotel needs much needed updating the only positive thing about it is the location and the friendly staff.

Room appeared remodeled, toilet kept clogging. Cockroaches. Would not recommend. Spend a couple bucks more and go to the hotels across the street. No access to turn left on Chandler Boulevard, you must make a U-turn.

Non smoking rooms all smell smokey..you dont want to step on stainef carpetcarpet..ew..lights dont have twists to turns on light bulbs..curtaibs are falling off track..someone's hair clip holding curtains together. The area outside is gross and filthy. I should have spent the extra 50 and gone up the road
