The hotel was ok. The bed are soft, and the rooms are great, the o ly problem we encounter was the floor. It was dirty and sticky . I stayed for 3 days and i never meet a housekeeping, so my floor was that way during my stay. And they don't have continental breakfast (they only have coffee and muffins) i went for breakfast and they just have that (and run out so i didn't get thr chance to have my coffee)

Not well cleaned. Dish washer had a very bad smell. Killed a few cockroaches. It was not good at all left around 11 nd didnt come back so i was only there for about 7 hours. Didnt enjoy my stay at all.

Made the reservation around 7:30 PM. Arrived at the hotel's office 45 minutes later. The sign on the door said the office was closed and gave a phone number. I called the number and was told that the office was closed till Monday morning. This was Saturday night. No refunds available . Wasn't informed that the office was closed at 7 pm. What a company.

When i checked into the office it smelled terrible. Someone tried to cover up something foul like backed up sewer with cleaning products. The room was very outdated. There was hair on the pillows, dirt on the couch, the beds were very hard,and it smelled terrible in the room.

We picked this property due to Expoediadotcom advertising a free breakfast. When we checked in we were informed in the morning "coffee, muffins, and hot water" would be available.

The beds are uncomfortable and creeks. The AC is way too loud. The bathroom sink is really low. The botyom of the shower has stains. We had originally booked for 2 nights. We left after 1 night without any refund. I did see that some of the other rooms are being worked on. I don’t know if ours was a newer one. The looked the same.
