The evening front desk staff was horrid, and unconcerned with my needs. They claimed the system was shut off, and they couldn't help me. If you like homeless and crime everywhere and incredibly rude staff, then this is the place for you.

When we first arrived, two other groups had been waiting for one hour for reception to check them in; then we were told about all the events that happened at the facility; given a room with one bed when I reserved a room with two beds; the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I REPEAT. DO NOT STAY HERE !! I booked this hotel because we were coming from Los Angeles, to see the cardinals play over the weekend. It took me almost 7 hours to drive. As soon as we get to the hotel, the carpet just by the elevators had dried up dog poop on the floor. You can tell its been there a while because it was absolutely dry and almost white in color (i have dogs, so im familiar with dog poops unfortunately). Okay. We got passed that, started walking to our room. Noticed all these notices posted on doors, didnt pay no mind at all. As soon as we got to the room, first thing i noticed was the kicked in dishwasher that was left in the room, then walked a couple more steps to find roaches in the living room area and bedroom dresser next to the bed and TV. I swear i could not rush my kids out of that room fast enough. I took a picture of the roaches, walked back to the front desk and the receptionist had the worst attitude ever. She responded with "so what do you wanna do then?". I asked if there was rooms, no. So, i asked for a refund and left that dump. This hotel doesnt deserve the 7.something rating it has on the hotel apps. Save your time and money. Go anywhere but here

A lot of issues. Seems to be used also for subsidized living, etc.. not sure. A lot of the residents didn’t seem to be people that would be renting a hotel room. At least at what I was paying. Also, we got an efficiency and they had no utensils, etc to supply and said they didn’t think they could find any. Not sure what’s going on. Will not stay there again.

If you are considering staying here, I say stop now and look elsewhere. As a guy, I’m no prude when it comes to accommodations, but there are minimum requirements that need to be met, which this facility came up very short. — dog poop in the hall. Yes you heard me. I told the evening desk person about it and yet it was still there in the morning! — roaches in the bathroom. Yep. Only saw three when I turned on the light in the morning, but three more than should be there. — horrible smelling room (1st floor). Stale dank smell. Very pungent. Thank goodness I only was there one night — stains on the sheets and towels. Gross. — TV picture was malfunctioning. — hangers were those cheap plastic ones you find at Walmart. No luggage rack or hair dryer. — the couch material looked so dirty. Didn’t want to sit on it I what else do I need to tell you. They provide coffee and oatmeal only. I was too scared to try either. Run away.

If you are looking for an absolute dive you have found the right place. Multiple people doing drugs and prostitution alike. Good luck getting a front desk person. We waited forty five minutes to speak to anyone and no one was working. A family left because of cockroaches. We eventually left because there was no one to check us in. To top things off the hotel denied our refund request. So yeah if your looking for a fix and a place to share with cockroaches you’ve found your place
