Welcome to your Private Oasis and Family Friendly vacation home with Heated Pool & Hot Tub! This beautiful home has a split bedroom floor plan which is a perfect retreat whether traveling with friends or family.

This is truly a Golfer’s Paradise nestled in the Desert Canyon Golf Course community with 4 excellent 18 hole courses right in town and many more just a short drive away.

We are conveniently located in beautiful Fountain Hills situated directly east of Scottsdale and only a 30 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport.

Experience the picturesque rolling hills, rugged terrain and beautiful vistas with gorgeous desert fauna.

The privacy of this home (with a master and guest room on one side and 2 guest rooms on the opposite side) is absolutely perfect! Whether you are traveling as a large group or for a couples get-away, everything you need is right here. You won’t be disappointed!

The special feature of this home is the beautiful large back yard with lawn and desert landscaping. Palm trees outline the inviting heated pool along with a beautiful and tranquil water feature.

Relax on the lounge chairs on the large pool deck and soak up the Arizona sun or sit under the spacious covered patio on the upholstered sofa and chairs. Star gazing at night is a treat while taking a dip in the 6 person hot tub.

The front patio with bistro set is perfect for morning coffee and has lovely views of Four Peaks Mountain.

Bring the little ones! This home is extremely family friendly! You will find a crib, play pen, high chair, potty seat, and step stool. Plastic dinnerware for the little ones too.

The main living space includes a fully stocked large kitchen with eat up bar and spacious dining room. There is also a computer desk for your convenience. Free wifi for all your devices.

The family room with large TV has ample comfortable seating, perfect for family and friends to gather around and enjoy time together.

You will find games, poker chips, books and toys for the kids too.

The huge master bedroom includes a king size bed complete with master ensuite, large walk-in closet and sitting area with comfy sofa and TV. There are 3 additional well-appointed bedrooms with queen sized beds. An additional roll away cot is also available.

Take a stroll up the street to the local golf course. Get in a round and then have a beverage or meal on their view soaked patio.

Annual golf trip
This is the second time we stayed here and again we’re not disappointed. The place is exactly as described. The place was spotless and the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with property manager about the property was excellent. We will try to stay here again for future golf trips.

This home is very comfortable with good overall flow, clean and well maintained. I/we would surely stay again. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, close (20-25 minutes) to Mesa/Tempe and Scottsdale. The property contact was very responsive and helpful. A TV in BR2 would be a welcome addition.

Gorgeous property and relaxing pool!
The house was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and exactly what we were looking for. The pool was perfect and the backyard / patio was a great place for the family to hangout all week. The neighborhood was a great location and had a lot of options for evening activities as well as shopping and dinner options. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! The owner was incredible and accommodating, she kept us up to date and checkin / Checkout was simple and easy. I would highly recommend this property!!! We loved it!

Wonderful staycation
Our family was doing a staycation around Arizona. We booked this house and it was the best VRBO we have done! The house was stocked with everything that made it a home so there was no running to the store for things. The pool was refreshing and wonderful for summertime! The location was easily accessible to getting out for activities but was also in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very helpful in helping make this a great week!

Avery clean and organized property. No issues with the house at all. also very Quiet and private. Great location with plenty of dining options close by. You will not find a better location. This was our second time back, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.. Its noteworthy to mention that this is a dark sky community, no light pollution. it make a difference.

We had a great time at this property. Communication was great with property manager. Kids loved the pool! We loved Fountain Hills and would definitely return. The neighborhood is wonderful and we like being a little bit out of the city but also didn't feel like anyplace we wanted to go in the city was too far away!

This was a rest and relaxation getaway for us. We had a wonderful time at the property - it was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The patio / pool area was amazing and that is where we spent most of the time while at the house - we could not have asked for anything more!!! Friends and family trip to Arizona
We came down for a wedding with friends then spent an extra few days as a family. This house was the best stocked house we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel a ton). It was the perfect space for our group and had everything you need for kids. Having bedrooms on each side of the house was also amazing for our group. Gorgeous pool and the waterfall was a highlight. Highly recommend staying here!!

What a great vacation property!
We spent a wonderful 8 days in this house. It has everything: space, amenities, a pool, a hot tub, peace and quiet, proximity to everything and a great host. What else could you ask for? Everything was very well documented, organized and clean for the duration of our stay. Jill was wonderful to work with, thank you for our wonderful vacation! Even the weather was great and we had a mix of hot, warm and wet days. We will be visiting again for sure!

We would stay here again in a heart beat. One of the better equipped VRBO I've stay at. If what you need is available, use it. If not buy it and help build stock for the next family. Great layout with rooms at each wing of the house. They even had a baby crib. Outdoor area had plenty of space and shaded seating. Truly the best part of the property. Very private. $8 Uber to the casino. Low density/traffic town with sufficient amount of stores and restaurants. The home is a bit older, so If you are looking a fancy ultra modern house, this isn't it but your wallet will thank you.

June Get Away
Our stay here was fine. The property has clearly been enjoyed and well-vacationed in by many. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: The inside was clean, the kitchen had every imaginable cooking item you might need. The owner responded to questions quickly. The location was pretty central to things in Fountain Hills and was quiet. We appreciated the opportunity for a late check out. Cons: The outdoor seating options left a bit to be desired. All the plastic lounge chairs were broken and two of the three mesh lounge chairs were horribly stained. The small seating area was really not comfortable as the cushions had little padding. The misters were not working and the fan did little to provide any cooling. Inside, the living area was fine for four people but would not be adequate for more than that. While we only used three of the four bedrooms, if there were guests for the fourth they would have needed to share the bathroom with two of the other bedrooms. We had close encounters with bats, and a mouse decided to take a swim in the pool, but the owner assured us this is common in Arizona. All in all, while it met our needs, a bit of updating and TLC could do wonders.
