Front Desk Friendly at check in and check out. Plumbing flooring paint all in need of repairs and renovation. Musty and stale smell not o my in the room but entire hotel. Beds need replaced. Elevators filthy and worrisome! Did not try breakfast not worth the risk after experiencing the rooms and overall condition of the property.

Pictures do not represent the actual condition of the property. When I checked in they checked me into the wrong room in their system. Within 20 minutes of checking in another couple tried to enter my room and they were checked into the same room. Then housekeeper tried to enter my room. I called the front office for them to tell me they had me listed in a different room. No apology or anything. The rooms are very worn down. Toilet was cracked. Shower head falling off and wouldn’t stop dripping. Pillows are way past expiration date and very uncomfortable. Mattress also needs replacement. I would not recommend and will not stay again.

Checked into the room & needed a different refrigerator then found out the Jacuzzi didn't work, then couldn't fill the bathtub so had to use shower. Being handicaped didn't help either. It was a very bad experience all the way around. I want my money back; but I know that won't happen.
