The only thing going for this place is the staff and the cleanliness. The area is a bit dodgy... and the hotel itself is bare bones and looks like it was given the "landlord special" when needing repairs and updates. I needed just a place to sleep one night in Phoenix, and it did just that. You can hear other guests, feel the edges of springs on the side of the bed, only one elevator working, they didn't have any milk alternative at breakfast so not many options when your dairy free. (couldn't even get a cup of coffee unless it was black). BUUUUT the only saving grace... and why I didn't run out of there... was that it's clean. You can tell the staff cares, and they were super nice and helpful and friendly.

We booked 3 rooms, staff came and pounded on one room at 11:30 pm to fix a toilet, woke up the entire room. Pool was cold, hot tub was not even warm. Bedding had stains on it. Outside a group of you g men smoking pot.

Positives: it was close to the airport; room comfortable, quiet , & clean; breakfast was good. Negative: they had no luggage carts! They loaned us a laundry cart to get our things to the 3rd floor…not so lucky at departure. Unfortunate for two seniors.

Location isn't the best. Trash cans were overflowing with trash. Needs a remodel. Very dirty while I stayed. Maids didn't make up the room. No top blanket and no body soap
