Great Hotel
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast options. Beds Very comfortable. Quiet and access to our doctors across street was a huge plus. We decided we will stay at this hotel anytime we have to be in Phoenix werher it be for doctors or any event we attend.

I teach ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) at St Joe's twice a year. I have done this for years. I do this for free. I parked in my usual spot at the Hapmton parking lot. I was shocked that I have to now pay for parking. Prices are high enough. I know that Hampton Inn and Hitlton is making a whole lot of money. I consider this payment as a way to just take money from the population many of whom that stay there are staying there with family who have significant medical needs and already have a difficulty paying for them. I found tne extra payment just rediculous and a terrible way to treat people who most often are there for medical needs and emergencies and all Hilton wants to do is make for money off of them and add to the stress of those staying there.

Good centrally located hotel. No issues during my weekend stay, very quiet and clean area. It is to be noted, parking is not free and it roughly 10 bucks or so a night. Tons of free spots whenever I arrived back late

The room was very clean, air conditioning worked great to keep the room nice and cool, the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options, and the staff was very friendly. There was also a lot of parking available right outside.

The Hampton Hotel excellent
The stay was good, the rooms are clean along with the bathroom. Beds were nicely made and comfortable to sleep in, pillows, nice and fluffy. Ac was nice and cold. Continental breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and nice.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel, because I had an early morning surgery scheduled. The hotel is next door to the surgery center, and is a great place to stay for those wanting to have less stressful surgical experience than driving through Phoenix traffic. It is a classic Hampton Inn,with all the pluses and a few of the minuses of that chain.

old dirty hotel
The hotel is old and need a major remodel. Sheets are super old and thinner than paper! the carpet had huge stains and there was hair everywhere. the room smells like a mixture of dirty feet and rotten garbage. Loud noise in the room from leaky toilet, to old HVAC and exterior machine running all night. They still charge over $200 per night on a weeknight!! Not worth it!
