We didn't get the room type we ordered. The room and property were clean but is in need of some touches. Our bathroom was missing one of the soap dispensers, had a cracked floor in the shower and a couple of holes in the ceiling. Construction around the corner on one wing and outside..so maybe some upgrades are underway?

Do not stay at the villas at the Hilton. They’re old smelly and dated very bad. There’s construction going all around the whole hotel inside and outside.

I think the staff was top notch. The room needed some work, but the price and location made up for it. They are doing construction outside which made for a very NOT relaxing pool day. I was surprised they were jack hammering on a Saturday. I expect that sort of thing during the week and not the weekend. That said, the bed was comfortable. The food was good. Great location. Priced appropriately. Again staff was good. The only thing I think is worth noting is that it felt at times like they were understaffed. Especially at the pool bar. This poor lady was serving food and making drinks… it was too much for one person to keep up with.

Great location and staff. Villa was a little dated and should be updated with new furniture and appliances. The beds were not comfortable and mattresses should be replaced. The location was perfect and the staff was wonderful. Pool was nice and parking was easy. The property was very nice but villas are a bit dated.

We have stayed at this property before and loved it. This time we weren’t as impressed. Upon checking in, the staff was not very friendly, no small talk while going through the process, no how is your day..and when directed to my room it was I was told oh just down the hall ( my room was more than just down the hall). I was just handed a piece of paper about the property instead of anyone explaining dining options the hotel offers, the pool hours, that there is live music on the weekends at the pool, where the gym was located, etc. It was as if they just wanted to get rid of me at the front desk. Our room was fine at first. But the longer we were there we noticed quite a few things wrong with our bathroom. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk, which someone did come check out the toilet issue. Few other issues, I was only given one key ( never asked how many I wanted, and had to go ask for another one), never asked if I wanted a receipt upon check out ( I had to ask for that too, and the clerk seemed annoyed I wanted a print out), and no one asked about me being a reward member and making sure my Hilton points were added to my account. We have a reservation for this same property next month but we might be looking elsewhere.

Nice one night stay. The Fleming’s restaurant attached was perfect! Only drawback we encountered was the “absolutely no late checkout” answer we received when asked. Probably be back.

Great Weekend With The Folks
My mom and dad come in each year and we find a place to visit throughout Arizona. We have been using Air B n B so that we have enough space for all of us. This time we tried Hotels.com and came across a villa for a very reasonable price. It was 1550 sq ft with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and a full kitchen which is exactly what we needed. The villa was set back away from the hotel which was great because you had privacy but all the amenities of the hotel. They offered a complimentary golf shuttle or you could just drive you car up to the hotel and park easily to enter. The was quite dated and in need of a renovation but definitely a great find. Many of the villas and the small pool toward the back of the property were in the process of renovations and the future plans we saw looked amazing. Would be interested to see them when they’re completed; however, the cost will be insane. The pool area at the main hotel was very nice and offered a bar. However, the prices were a bit outlandish, costing 45 for 3 drinks. Scottsdale or not, that’s a lot. The hotel could benefit from a happy hour or even a social hour for guests to enjoy like many other hotels in the area. Price aside, the service throughout the hotel was great. We did not try the breakfast or on site restaurant because there were so many options in the area and no perks to stay on the grounds. We’d stay again and look forward to the updates.

You could easily tell they were trying to update the property. Staff was wonderful, but the room needed updates, had stains/burns in the carpet, etc. but when they are done, it will be ideal!

Underwhelming
Location was ideal, property was dated and seemed like they were trying to update. The whole front of the property was void of any plants. For the price I found it underwhelming.

I had a great stay at the Hilton. Staff was amazing especially Matt that worked at Oasis. My only downside was my room view was of the parking lot. Other than that all was great. I got away for some R&R and.l i got just that!!
