Could walk everywhere from the hotel.
Very centrally located to where I wanted to be. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't see was a guide on the TV to say what was showing on each channel. Also, mostly news and sports options, which wasn't the best for me.

The staff were attentive and helpful but the property needs more attention to cleanliness. One of the beds in my double room had a fresh looking black stain on the sheets so I slept in the other bed. The blackout curtains had dirty handprints, The wall above the headboard of one bed had liquid splash stains on the wall.

Only good thing it is close to the mall.
Have stayed at the property on and off for many years and it is really going downhill. Only reason we stay there is because it is the closes to the mall. One elevator was not working the whole trip, breakfast was terrible, and they are now charging. Staff is just bodies in there, who really don't want to be there.

Stayed at the Hyatt Place on 3rd Ave for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived to the hotel mid morning . We were able to check-in early. The room and the hotel are very clean. Loved the hot breakfast that was included . I would definitely stay here again.

Came to check out the area, stayed 4 nights. Good location, great customer service, comfortable and clean room. Did not spend much time at the hotel other than in our room, but everything we seen looked nice, pool, lobby, good breakfast options.
