Amazing Stay, Hotel Staff Amazing, Cleaning Staff Excellent. Love the fact that the elevator was waiting for guest each time we went up to our rooms. Breakfast was delicious my favorite was the different tea options lol I love Tazo tea. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Alarm kept going on in the bar area. The room had no warm water for almost the entire time. We werent notified until i was asked and they said they called the pulmber with no response for hours. They were hoping they would come soon. So qe had ice cold showers for an entire day. I uses the message app to ask for something and no one responded even though that is what they asked us to utilize. The room kept getting hot. Overall wouldnt recommend and will not stay there again. I have paid less and had great experiences. The hyatt is over priced for what they offer.

This place is fantastic! Walking distance to campus, the stadium and more. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are generously sized, with well appointed furniture. We had a snafu during our family weekend stay where many were without hot water. Upon checkout we were asked how are stay was, mentioned the water, but that everything else was fantastic. Things happen and not everything can be fixed right away. They apologized and comped the entire stay! Customer service on point! We are Titanium Elite Bonvoy members with Marriott and this is by far the best service we’ve experienced in the industry!
