Walls thin as ice. I could hear the guy next door using the restroom. Only stayed one 1 of 4 nights thankfully. If you're a light sleeper don't stay here. Breakfast was pretty decent. Convenient location but spend a little more if you want quiet.

This hotel is well located for mid-south Phoenix Chandler. We stayed here to take our family to Zoolights and it was an easy 20 minute drive. The room was clean, the bed uncomfortable. The common areas need a thorough cleaning and maintenance. We checked out the breakfast area and only saw the cereal, juice, mini-muffins etc. We did see a gentleman eating a sausage as we were leaving so think there was hot breakfast in a room to the right of the breakfast bar. The door was closed to it when we were looking so can’t say for sure. Overall it was a pretty mediocre experience which is a shame because it is so well located for us when visiting the area. Mostly someone from corporate needs to go give it a good inspection and jack up the cleaning crew and maintenance.

My only real complaint was rhat my room was on the side facing the freeway. Even though I am a heavy sleeper, I had to wear ear plugs. Not a luxury hotel, but all was fine.

The rooms were clean and efficient with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee. Breakfast was excellent. The night staff, however, were very helpful and really made the stay perfect. Thank you for having excellent staff at the property.
