Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Location is the best!
Love the Fountain Hills location. Views are the best. Nice community. Access to all you need. The exterior of the property is well maintained. The interior needs freshened with new paint, maintenance and updated furnishings.

We had a great guys’ weekend!
Very nice, large house which overlooks a valley. Located in an upscale neighborhood with a Safeway and Target nearby for any forgotten items. We utilized the pool, grill, outdoor seating, and there was plenty of room to hang out inside. It was very clean and stocked with anything in the kitchen we could need. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

Love! Beautiful views and pool!
Family of 5 with little ones, and this house was fantastic. Lots of room, great pool (we had it heated) and the views were fantastic. We also hiked very close to the house so all in all great area!

This property was nice and suited us for our stay. Property definitely needs some updating but understand with this being a rental owners may not want to invest in some of the needed upgrades. Lighting was somewhat dim in most areas the house. Pool area was nice. Lounge chairs need to be replaced. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful location and close to a lot of things to do

We had a womens retreat here with 6 guests and it was the perfect balance of quiet space for relaxing, while being close enough to any fun amenities that we may be seeking. It was a beautiful quiet neighborhood, but not too far from the main roads. Warm and Spacious with excellent views!

Perfect stay for a girls getaway
My friends and I used this perfect oasis as the perfect get away for our girls trip. It slept all 8 of us comfortably! We enjoyed the views, the pool, plus the host was responsive. It was easy to sit back and relax. Would book again.

Dated but functional
The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood where the houses are spread out. Due to the pandemic we opted to eat in most meals. Two shopping options for groceries nearby. The view was great as was the pool. The decor could use some updating and instructions of using the appliances/temp controls/lighting/fans was a bit lacking but figured out. There were many reviews about lack of papertowels, which I would understand if a family with kids were using the house. We found that the kitchen lacked towels, only one available. Also, having some local restaurant menus or a list would be nice, but again a quick search on Google.

Overall we had a great time, the location was great and we had a beautiful view. You might want to replenish a few things in the kitchen and bath. I believe there was only one wash cloth in the entire place, along with no pepper, only two dish towels, and no paper products in the kitchen. Finally, a user guide for the TVs would of been nice. There were over 10 remotes for TVs and the TVs in the bedroom didn’t work at all.

Beautiful stay, needs updating
The area is beautiful. We walked the neighborhood in many directions. There is a slightly busy street at the end of the block, but was easy to walk down and across to the botanical garden area. Most of our stay was spent by and in the pool. Ask at least a week in advance of stay to have the heat on in the pool, it is worth the fee. Easy drive to local attractions like Fountain Park. Grocery nearby. The indoor furniture could use updating. One light fixture did not work, but was on the list to be fixed. We had to move lamps from the living room to family room/kitchen area. We used three of the four bedrooms. All were large, adequate, and had large bathrooms. The largest room on one end had a whole living area, bathroom , and patio door to the backyard, a door to the side of the house and a door into the bathroom from the patio. Another room on the other end was ok sized and had a very large bathroom with a whirlpool tub. All bathrooms had walkin showers with glass doors. There are plenty of board games, adequate TV's, DVD player. The kitchen has minimal supplies of items, but if you are cooking on vacation, you can make do. The cleanliness of the home was something that we were not pleased with. There were evident crumbs under the table that shows there was little effort in sweeping, and most likely, no mopping. The kitchen items weren't very clean. There were no vacuum lines in the bedrooms except the corners of large rooms likely left from the last vacuum, but not immediately before our stay. In a time where especially these places should be COVID cleaned, and if you are concerned of such things, you'll have to clean when you get there, or , unless they hire another cleaning crew, this is not the place for you. Besides the cleaning, and some updating of furniture, the place fit our expectations.

Great home in great location, just missing little things
I definitely recommend staying at this home and would rent it again. It was very comfortable with a private pool area. The back yard did not have homes backing up to it so it was nice from a privacy standpoint. The little things that were missed include paper towels, napkins, tissue and salt and pepper. I have used VRBO many times in the past and those items were always on hand.

Great Property not so great service
The property was great and clean, and has an awesome view of the sunrise from the roof and sunset from the back patio! We called to ask to check in early as we were trying to beat the heat since we came in on motorcycles and were told no due to covid. The property was clean and ready so there is no reason they could not have let us have access a bit early. We had some pretty big plumbing issues and when I called I was told I would get a response in an hour. After three calls later into the next morning someone did finally contact me via text 15 hours later to fix the issue. Before submitting this review. I did call and email to try and let them know how unhappy we were with the way things were handled and no one seems to care. I did request to speak with the owner of the property but again I have yet to get a response.

Lovely Home
It was a beautiful property, the house was ready on time. The pool was clean with most of the house. As I started to settle in on the first night, I went to use the kitchen trash. I realized that I arrived to a already full kitchen trash bag! They must have forget to take out the trash! Other than this minor complaint, I enjoyed my stay and recommend it to my friends in the future.

Beautiful house with a great view, very clean. Only problem we had was the A/C was not working in the living room/kitchen area. It was at 84 degrees our whole stay which was very uncomfortable considering the outside temperature was 110 degrees. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
