This property: 1. No user guide to alarms, pool maintenance, etc. Inadequate perimeter yard lights- back front and around the pool. There were no signs about the depth of the pool, we did not know if it was 3 or 5 feet. There was a broken look to pool area gate. No markings on pool steps.
The property was clean, quiet and easily assessable. There were sufficient supplies, i.e towels, games, kitchen appliances, TVs .

Beautiful and spacious home!
We spent about 5 nights here and really enjoyed it! Plenty of space, open layout, AMAZING water pressure (it’s the little things sometimes), very clean and well decorated, awesome AC (we’re from AK), and the pool was just the right size for the 2 of us to lounge around in. Sun crested past the tree around 8:40 am and started tanning nice and early before it got to hot. Neighborhood was clean and classy and each home was nicely appointed with larger lots so homes were not crammed together like a standard subdivision.
Access to highways were reasonably close with very light traffic while in the Mesa area. Lots of great shopping and food choices nearby!
Will highly consider staying here again!

Close to hiking and bike trails
Booked this property last minute and we were traveling with a dog, so we had very few housing options to choose - this one had the best location based on what we wanted to do - spending our time at Usery Mountain Regional Park. The house was very large for the 3 of us, but would be great for a larger group. The property was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and small appliances. It didn't have much for pantry items/seasonings but I know different rental companies have different "rules" on that. Our stay was great. Would certainly stay here again.
