Disgustingly filthy!
The place was beyond disgusting! The whole home looks as if furnished from items they found in the trash. Every single mattress and pillow were disgustingly filthy! The king bed smelled of urine so bad. Three of us ended up with rashes from the mattresses being so gross. One kid even ended up sick from the filth. I have several pictures I took because of this. If there would have been a different place to stay, we would have, but there wasn’t anything available. There was someone’s leftover food in the fridge we had to clean out. We had to buy new pillows to sleep. We had to wash all the bedding. There were pubic hairs on the white towels that were hanging up, so we had to wash all the towels and washcloths. The trash was overflowing. The air filters were clogged of dust even the vents themselves. There was missing furniture and decor. There were only 4 chairs at the table and no barstools so it did not accommodate 6 of us. There was no toilet paper or cleaning supplies so we had to go buy all of that just to clean the place up to stay. Highly disappointed and would never recommend to anyone!

Great location, plenty of space for our family and great communication with the property manager. Since we were one of the first ones to rent this place, a few things more and this would have been a 5 for us.
