The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. Down the hall is a full bathroom for the first two queen bedrooms. There is a half bath next to the living room. Down there, the other hall is a full bathroom going to the bunk beds and the king bedroom.

The movie theater also has a sleeper sofa.

The home comes furnished with all bed linens and bathroom towels. We also provide pool towels.

Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.

Management will carefully evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, or those made at the last minute. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

FAQ’s
Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.

Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 20 to 30 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you are flying private into Scottsdale Airport you are only about 10 minutes away.

Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. During the colder season, this does not mean the pool maintains that temperature. The pool heat fee is $95 a night and applied to the entire stay.

Q. What is provided in the rental?
A. We provide sheets and bedding for all the beds. Towels for all the bathrooms as well as pool towels. There is a starter pack of paper products. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps to get you started on your vacation. It is up to the guest to provide for themselves after the starter pack of products.

Q. Do you offer concierge services?
A. Yes! We are partnered with Key which can provide anywhere from a private chef, massage therapist, and grocery deliveries. These are local third party services that we are assisting to arrange, and are NOT affiliated with House and Home Vacations.
