My first impression of this hotel was it looked pretty decent. We booked a premium room that was supposed to have premium bedding, but didn’t look premium at all. Not like the pictures anyways. The first issue besides the premium room, not looking premium was the odor of the room. Thank goodness, I have daughters because we were able to spray the room with body spray to make it smell better. The one thing I am most upset about is the fact that my daughter forgot a pair of shoes in the room and they refused to ship them to me even if I reimburse them. It’s very sad and disappointing that they can’t even do that after our horrible stay. Lastly, they required a deposit which I found ridiculous because the hotel is in no way shape or form in a good condition to even require a deposit..

Ok for a quick trip.
Hotels outside appearance was nice except i was surprised to see someone working on a vehicle but i think they may offer rooms at a weekly rate. The area wasnt bad just off the freeway and the freeway with close places to eat. Got checked in went to our room...it had a bad odor like dirty mop room was clean not immaculate i think the carpet area by the beds is what smelled. The ac worked in the room but the air felt damp and humid. Bed was ok not super soft but ive slept on worse beds, bedding had a few stains. Shower was clean but temperamental and knob was backward so hot was cold. No mini fridge in room just a safe so im glad we brought a cooler. Staff at 3pm chrck in seemed tired but friendly. Checkout was simple and quick. A little run down in room, lots of charging ports would recommend if you stay here bring slippers or house shoes for your room. The floor in our room was sticky and it is hardwood flooring through majority of room.

The floor was sticky and dirty and impaired unclean. With six people in the room, they only provided three towels. Hotel was very rundown, dirty looking ice machines were not working

Bed clothing was old and stained. Safe was not in good condition (buttons broken and missing so we couldnt put in a code). None of ice machines were working properly. Smell of marijuna saturated the carpets in the hall. We wouldn't walk down the street to the fast food restaurant as we were afraid of the drug users hanging out in the area.

Hailey at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. The only issue we encountered was that the floor in our room appeared to have been missed during mopping, resulting in some unclean areas.

This was the worst experience of a hotel that I had ever had. First of all the lady who checked me in was in attentive and all over the place. It is nighttime and I am trying to check in with my family and my bags. I am charged this random amount of $78.26 for my deposit. I asked specifically why it was an autumn amount. I was not given any information regarding a safe fee, I was told that it was a red roof in policy and then I would get my full deposit back. When I get to the room, the first thing I noticed is is a TV is not working, I pulled back to make sure it was plugged in before I bothered anybody, and in fact, it was not plugged in, but the plug-in was broken and super ghetto. In fact, it was so broken that you could not have your refrigerator, your microwave and your TV plugged in at the same time. So I opted to unplugged the microwave so I could watch TV. There is a missing do not disturb sign, and I noticed that my room was a little bit uncleanly. So I called down to speak to the front desk staff and I am informed that the beds are freshly made however they do not clean the hotel except for Mondays and Thursdays. I asked if there was a Cleaner place and was informed that this was my room option. I went to bed, hoping and praying that the bed was really made fresh. The next morning I woke up and I looked down beside the bed, and as you could see in the picture, there was a clump of hair, not mine and someone else’s ponytail. I began to look around in the room, and
