As a rookie with VRBO and house rentals in general, myself and my parents were nervous booking. I couldn't have been more impressed!! The home was very nice with most necessities and perks you could think of. Surprise/Sun City was beautiful and there was so much around! The owner/manager was easy to get a hold of if we have any questions at all. Having a pool to ourselves will be hard to beat! We had some days where the weather got into the mid 60s so the pool was pretty cold due to not having a heater. However those warmer days, it was very refreshing We were the area for the Men's Final Four and the stadium was easy to get to with the benefit of less traffic since it's the opposite way of Phoenix! We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone considering!!

It was a great location. We enjoyed the property! The one thing that would have been nice is the ability to watch live tv. We like to watch live sports. We have our own app we can stream on but the cable provider did not allow that.

Overall everything was Good. The only negative was there was no Laundry Detergent, No Toilet Paper except roll on holder, definitely not enough for a week. There was no Aluminum foil. There was only one Pan for cooking. No Shampoo in Master.

Nice Arizona home
We stayed here with a family of 6 - 2 teens & 4 adults. We had everything we needed and the owner was great with communication for us. The home has a lot of space, plenty of room for our family dinner. Well stocked kitchen. As with all VRBO's, the beds were not very comfortable, so if can bring your own pillow, you may want to do that. The pool is not heated, so for the winter months its not warm enough to swim in my opinion. When we were visiting the neighbors were pretty loud, having several fights and honking horns, but overall a safe feeling, quiet neighborhood close to shopping and activities. We would recommend this home and stay again if visiting the area.

All the bath linens were stained. Beds were sunken in and mattresses stained when we stripped the beds. Pillows were stained. Not enough pillow cases for extra pillows. Coffee grinds left in coffee pot. Just didn’t get a good vibe about the cleaning service.

This house has us ready to move to Arizona lol. Everything was perfect, the pool was amazing for the kids, the kitchen was great for a family, the space was great for everything, and the surrounding area provides something for everybody. This family loved the property and have nothing bad to say about our trip/visit to Arizona. Clayton was a great host and provided recommendations and checked on us throughput our stay . 5 star treatment

Wonderful place to stay!
The home was clean and perfect for our family. It is conveniently located near restaurants and stores, and great as a home base for sight seeing activities. Beds were comfortable, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The neighborhood also has a nice walking path to enjoy, and a playground if you have small children. We would stay here again!

Nice Location
We were in the area to deal with some family matters and needed a place to stay. This house was close to the places we had to visit and convenient to grocery stores, etc. It turned out that we had a little more free time than anticipated so it was nice to sit in the backyard and enjoy the weather. There is a nice walking trail behind the house that we walked on many times as well.

Rangers Spring Training
The house was the perfect size for our family and cozy as well. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our one week stay. The location was great for shopping and close to the Rangers' training facility and Surprise Stadium. We would definitely recommend this house!
