Wonderful home!
The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything needed to cook meals and entertain. Owner was available to answer all questions very quickly. Neighborhood was central to lots of stores, and walking distance to a major grocery store. I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the AZ weather. The pool was a great plus- especially in the afternoon!

Great home to say in on our vacation. The owners are a pleasure to communicate with. The home was wonderfully clean. The pool was clean, had plenty of pool floats and LOTS of pool towels. The neighborhood was pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this vacation home to my family and friends.

Great Girls Weekend!
We just wanted a nice, chill, relaxing weekend with friends & thats exactly what we got! The home is fully-stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking & there's a good grocery store within a few miles of the house. The pool is lovely & private & just perfect for floating around with a cocktail. The beds are comfortable & linen very nice. An excellent experience all around.

AMAZING!!
So often vacation homes fail to meet the expectations set by the online photos and description....this one exceeded every expectation we had. Clean, well furnished, supplied with anything we might need including 2 coffee pots, tons of kitchen equipment, good appliances, plenty of pool towels, a basket of sunscreen, extra blankets and pillows....I could go on and on. The pool was warm and sparkling and plenty of pool floats and toys...excellent landscaping...covered patio and plenty of outdoor furniture. This was one of the best vacation rentals, overall, that I have stayed at...reasonable price, great neighborhood and a value. There was some plane noise but not enough to to affect our enjoyment. Stay here if you have a chance, its great.

This home is very lovely, comfortable, and centrally located. The owners were always responsive to our questions. The decor is very tasteful, the kitchen well stocked, and the outdoor space is great. Lori’s attention to detail makes this home feel very welcoming. This is certainly a place I would return to!

We had wonderful experiences during both of our stays in this home. It's a beautiful place, well-equipped with everything we needed. My kids had a great time in the pool and the home had more than enough room for the 7 of us. The home owners were also very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying in this here!

My wife, I, and our 4 adult children shared the house for a funeral stay. It was a pleasant retreat from the cares of the funeral and allowed us to relax and reconnect with our Arizona memories and each other.

My wife and I along with our daughter, her husband and three children stayed here. We were visiting for my wife’s fathers 94th birthday. He lives in Sun City West. This home was perfect for all of us. Great pool time and wind down time for all of us. Convenient location. The homeowner was alway available, and made us feel very welcome. Home was very well maintained, and well equipped with all kitchen equipment, and bath accessories. Very relaxing stay. We will definitely consider for next trip to AZ.

Perfect for group stay!
We stayed here as a group for the USTA national tennis tournament. Lori was extremely helpful and flexible for anything we needed. The heated pool was an added bonus and a great way to wind down after a long day of tennis! Perfect for a group of 6. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip out west!

Had a great time all week!
Stayed here for the week for sons baseball tournament. So convenient 5 mins from the field. Hosts responded immediately when I had questions. Place was so clean and beautiful. Spending hours at the ball field are hot & exhausting, but going back to the house & relaxing in the pool was amazing....love those beautiful arizona skies & White Tank Mountain not far down the street made for wonderful sunset pictures. The salt water pool was a big plus, no smelling like chlorine while swimming! The house was stocked with everything we needed, from pool floats to spices and then some! Would definitely recommend if you looking to stay in Surprise!
