It’s fantastic resort to enjoy the view and all the amenities they provide. The staffs were friendly and food was amazing. Everything was fresh served with nice condiments. The resort area and room is clean and comfortable.

The main reason I picked this hotel is because I thought it was near the amphitheater. It’s two different locations. Other than that, checkin process was smooth. Justin was nice. The concierge working in the evening of Saturday was not so friendly to me. The others said she was super helpful, but maybe she wasn’t in the mood anymore when I came up to her with my question. The Blue Coyote Cafe employees were friendly and my waitress was helpful. The room service we had was great. I was a little shocked to see that gratuity was already added. But I let it go since I didn’t have to think of a total. I wish they did tell us that the 24-hour pool was closed this weekend or gave a discount price. It was also the other main reason I wanted to stay at the hotel was for the swimming pools. So, this was just why I was disappointed, everything else was fine.

We were given a $25 room credit, but when we tried to use it the following day we were told that since we had checked out(which was at 11am) we could not use it. We had a late check in the night before. The front desk was not helpful. Suggest if you get the credit, you should immediately use it

Overall beautiful property and staff was great. The check-in desk/checkout desk were the least friendly of all the staff. At checking in and then check out. Seemed annoyed that they had customers to serve.
