The hotel was great, Hotels.com really dropped the ball on this one. My reservation number was booked under someone else's name. It took 45 mins of waiting around to get checked in. There is nolonger a number to call to get help anf the texting option was a joke, no help at all. Hotels.com used to be customer friendly business, but it has gone way down hill since Expedia bought it out. This isn't the frist bad experience we have had lately. Time to look at other booking options. Just not worth the hassle. 20 years of good service gone to the worst I've ever dealt with.

Dishonest policies, extra fee & no promised refund
The hotel charged an extra $100 deposit fee the day I checked out. They said it would be refunded in 10 - 14 days. I have since made 4 calls to the hotel, each time I was told they processed the refund. Which my credit card company says they have not, nor has it shown up on my account. It is over 30 days later and I still have not received the refund of the extra deposit fee.

I had an incredible time at the property! The hot tub in my room was spotless, which was a pleasant surprise compared to most hotels. The room was cozy with a clean bed and two TVs. The only thing I’d change is the location of the hotel. The streets were a bit confusing, and there were a lot of homeless people in the area, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Also, the breakfast could have more variety of hot options. But overall, I loved everything about it! I’d definitely stay again next time I visit Mesa!

Breakfast wasn’t Hot breakfast. We travel to Phoenix area often for soccer games and we had to go get breakfast after we saw what was available to eat here in the morning. Part of booking this hotel was that breakfast was included. We won’t be staying here again.
