Walmart is less than one mile away! Location is close to various attractions and entertainment. We are within walking distance for most places and only just an Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!

***IMPORTANT NOTES***
Please note that we are a smoke free environment inside and outside of the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited and is not allowed on the premises, inside of the apartment, patio, balcony, or any common and parking areas of any kind. Please note that any sign of smoking will automatically be a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

There is a $100 penalty fee if any guest removes any smoke detectors during your stay. Violators will reported to the police and your stay will immediately be terminated.

Noise Policy:
Guests must agree to not disturb the neighbors at all times during any part of their stay. Guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.

Long Term Stays: Any guests requiring to stay for 30+ days will be subject to a background check and credit check.
