The only food and retail in the vicinity of the hotel is the large and very dreadful trinity mall – to which the hotel does provide a good free shuttle service

The staff is very polite and willing to help. My room was ok compared with the room I had on my first stay. The toilet paper holder was broken and there was a missing door holder to hang toiletries, towel. But the politeness of the staff compensated for my room.
