Loved everything about it~ but bath tub /shower enclosure was not enclosed… it had no handle bars and just a curtain if you needed both for a shower. Excellent hot breakfast. .. friendly accommodating staff.

Very clean. The breakfast staff was constantly cleaning tables and the food area. It was so clean. From check in to housekeepers, everyone was friendly and helpful.

The stay was very good. The breakfast was excellent. Reservations and housekeeping need to co-ordinate. Our reservations were made for 3 people in the room, but we only had 2 bath towels. This should have been co-ordinated.

Our room window leaked. The surrounding hotels were questionable. Broke down cars around. Litte kids were running around in the parking next door with no shoes on and putting there hair in the mud puddles. Very weird atmosphere.

Looks new but hasn't been properly cleaned for a while, including the room we stayed in. Floors not vacuumed, bathroom floor not swept. Pool bottom crumbling and falling apart. Pool very cold and too much chlorine in it.

Surgery-refused to cancel our reservation
My husband had surgery and they refused to let us cancel the reservation! Knowing we could not use the reservation they called to see what time we were arriving. Front desk agent refused to let me talk to the manager! She said she was the manager on call since the building manager was in a meeting.
