The Rural Accommodation La Chova
Recently restored, respecting the characteristics of traditional architecture.
Built in 1894 in wood, stone and adobe, its main elements are a beautiful wooden balcony. The main door is an old paneled door preserved in perfect condition.
It is a traditional two-story house. On the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and the living room with fireplace. On the second floor there are two triple bedrooms. Likewise, on this floor there is a bathroom with a shower.
A security deposit is requested, this is paid at the virtual reception of the accommodation and is returned once the accommodation has been checked We ask you to respect the rest times and the most basic rules of coexistence. ;·) - That no damage has been caused to the house, except for those caused by normal use. - The house has a maximum capacity, the occupation and overnight stay in the house by a number of people greater than that agreed upon will lead to immediate expulsion from it. - It is also included that the dishes must be clean and placed, the refrigerator without any type of food. - The garbage must have been emptied. - Parties are not allowed - They cannot cause disturbances or noise to the neighbors from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. - Pets are not allowed - Do not smoke inside the house. - Likewise and expressly agree to take extreme precautions when using the fireplace. Whenever guests go to sleep or leave the house, they should place the metal sheet, appropriately, in order to put out the fire.
