Templi di Agrigento is an ancient Greek colony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and perhaps best evokes the grandeur of this era. During your stay at Villa Amico, you will find yourself sun, history and pure rest and relaxation.
The gardens of the Villa have a 15m x 7m swimming pool, depth from 1.35m to 2.95m and a row of sunbeds that suggest long lazy days in the sun. Relax on the sofa bed. Some nice outdoor dinner. Inside this Italian villa, you will find a TV, a fireplace and a washing machine.

Our little group of two couples booked our stay at Villa Amica after seeing the photos of the Villa. Unfortunately one of our group was unable to make it, but the Villa is so warm and welcoming that we felt very comfortable just the three of us. The Villa is very spacious and clean, with a small but functional kitchen. The beds were comfortable except for one bedroom with the twin beds where the sheets came undone throughout the night because they didn’t really fit. The location was centrally located and near to two of the attractions we wished to visit. (Agrigento and Villa Romano di Casale) The town has friendly people. We got lost and a lovely man got in his car to lead us to our destination. But the star attraction for us was the saltwater pool and pool house bagno. We barbecued every night with the help of Rudolf who procured the charcoal and lighter. Would recommend the owners check the timers for the lights on that area as we needed a flashlight to do the cooking, but that was nothing. Did I mention the pool? The absolute best pool - clean and relaxing with views worth a million dollars. Would highly recommend.

Great villa in a central location
The stay was good, once we got in , the property manager was supposed to meet us but was not available this lead to multiple messages and problems however these were all resolved on the check in day and we had a great time.

Lovely property set in pleasant grounds, with a very large pool and great area to relax / sunbathe around it.. Car essential. Would benefit from a basic folder containing equipment instructions, rubbish bin arrangements and recommended places to eat or shop. Any contact made with the owner or manager resulted in a prompt response and positive outcome to the enquiry. If I were to stay in that area of Sicily again then I wouldn't hesitate in booking this property.

Paradise amongst the olive and almond groves
Carmelo's villa was amazing, relaxing beside the incredible swimming pool - set in extensive and beautifully maintained gardens was impossible to leave! We explored Agrigento, Mt Etna and Cefalu, all in easy driving distance. We always looked forward to returning to the cool vine covered arbours of the villa the most! Amazing pool and garden in the center of Sicily
We stayed for a week at this Villa. Its best features were without doubt the pool and the outdoor kitchen and bbq area, which we used nightly. The landscaping and garden were fantastic, as was the view across the valley and onto Pietraperzia. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the additional space of the pool house gave us all plenty of room. Although there is not much to see in the town (where there is a supermarket for resupplies), the villa made an amazing base to see three sides of Sicily - only about an hour to Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, Catania, and only a little further to Palermo and Cefalu. You are even closer to the amazing Roman mosaics at Villa Romena outside of Piazza Armerina. If you are looking for a peaceful and quite place within striking distance of much of Sicily, this is the ideal location.

Awesome villa, well appointed including kichen
We arrived early to drop off luggage, most friendly greeting and pleasant introduction to the property. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for family dinners poolside. The kitchen is very well stocked (oil, spices - everything you need!) Far above average and simply one of the best properties we have rented, anywhere. We've got a wedding to attend next year and we'll be booking again. The pool is fantastic, and large, and the bedroom in the pool house is independent from the main building - fantastic!

Great stay at a beautiful villa
We’ve really enjoyed our stay in Pietraperzia. The house is spacious and neatly and the hostess is very friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing with great view and a lovely outdoor kitchen. In the neighborhood you’ll find a supermarket, some cheap but good restaurants and bars. We would definitely recommend this place!

Très satisfait de cette semaine de location.
La propriété ainsi que la piscine salée sont propres et jolies. Rodolffo et Olga sont sympathiques. Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques. L'emplacement centrale de cette villa permet de rayonner sur toute la Sicile. Les seuls critiques que je formulerai sont à but d'amélioration; Je n'ai pas vu sur l'annonce que la maison etait composée de deux bâtiments. Cela ne posait pas de probleme pour moi, mais cette précision pourait être importante pour l'organisation d'une famille avec enfants bas âge. La villa est difficile à trouver pour les GPS à cause de petits chemins et contre-allée sur les dernières centaines de mètres. Un balisage à l'aide de petits panneaux de bois serait très utile et agréable. Des très belles vacances trop courtes. Merci Ruddy
