Situated near beaches of fine sand, in Porticcio, our independent flat lies in the ground floor of a villa with a 50 m² well-kept and furnished garden.
Facing the South, the flat is bright and is carefully decorated. Being a total of 75 m², it can receive up to 6 people in its 2 bedrooms which feature 2 double beds and 1 single bed in total. The living room also provides a sofa bed, as well as a television and a DVD player.
The flat has one shower room, independent toilets, and a fully-equipped kitchen, notably featuring a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. Moreover, you will have in your disposal numerous amenities which will offer you a pleasant stay, such as Wi-Fi connection, ironing equipment, and a washing machine. Bathroom towels and sheets will be provided to you.
After a day at the sea, you will love to relax in the patio of the flat, which has a coal barbecue, an outdoors living room, and recliners. On the other hand, the villa’s garden, peaceful and well-kept is a total of 50 m².

Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Éric et sa compagne, qui se sont montrés très chaleureux et discret tout au long de notre séjour. L'appartement est parfait, très proche de la plage et parfaitement équipé. Nos recommandons les yeux fermés pour en séjour en Corse.

Accueil tres chaleureux de la propriétaire mais beaucoup moins du propriétaire ( lors du départ ) Hébergement de qualité au sous sol de l'habitation mais avec une odeur bizarre le 1er jour provenant de la piece wc Beaucoup de fourmis et de moustiques dans l'environnement extérieur Proximité de la mer ( moins de 200m ) et beaucoup de petites criques ( 7 sur 1 km ) propres et désertes en mai Des infos touristiques ( trop axéés sur les villes cotières par les points info touristes ) Magasins alimentaires à proximité Population aimable si on sait les écouter Pour bien découvrir la corse , il faut accepter de bien marcher et y venir sans a priori J'ai ramassé l'oeil de ste lucie sur la plage ( plus facile à trouver dans les magasins souvenirs ) Bonnes vacances aux prochains locataires

Bien placé pour faire la plage et visité le sud de la Corse, ce que nous avons fait. Le propriétaire va faire des travaux de rénovation des fenêtres ce qui sera efficace car on écoutait le bruit des compresseurs de chauffage. Autrement parfait.

Un accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes. Le logement au top avec tout ce qu il faut, une belle terrasse, à proximité des plages à pied en 5mn. Nous recommandons cette location. Voiture indispensable.
