Willow Brook Lodge is perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our room was ready early and check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and as always the hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly!

The Lodge was located in a great place on the strip. I didn't hear any road noise. The bed and pillows made for a great night sleep. I asked the house keeper for two more towels on my way out. I said just put them on the couch. When I got back to my surprise she came in and made the bed up and replaced all of our dirty towel and wash cloths. I wanted to cut down on her work load but she did it any way.. A BIG THANK YOU for that. The only negative thing for me was I like bacon and they had sausage patties,

Great place to stay
We stayed during the jeep invasion. The hotel is nice. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is really good. The pool area is great for kids. You can literally walk almost anywhere from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was a little firmer than I’m used to but not that bad. The only negative was the room had a little bit of a musky smell but it’s not that bad. We will definitely stay again.
