Great place! Breakfast shouldn’t cost an additional fee, but I understand as it’s in such a tourist area. The light on the patio didn’t work, and the toilet was a bit loose from its floor seating but overall, the room was great. Many thanks!

The property was very nice the staff seemed poorly trained but willing to make an effort. I felt their lack of training and guidance fell at managements doorstep for failing them. I rented three rooms for kids and was happy with the comfort and cleanliness of rooms. However, very disappointed when I was told that I wouldn't receive any points because of Expedia booking. Overall, it was a nice hotel and within a mile of transit station that had free parking and direct trolley's to Dollywood and other areas of town, nice riverwalk to shopping area so would stay there again.

I love the property because it was peaceful and accommodating. The lady with the kitchen staff was rude though and would not cook real eggs. When we asked would she cook the eggs she informed us that eggs were available on the buffet. Outside of that one issue, we loved the front desk as well as the maintenance guy.

Great hotel. It’s not the newest Hilton property but it’s been maintained nicely. Love that it overlooks the river/riverwalk. It’s Christmas time and the riverwalk is loaded with lights. Staff has been very responsive to our requests.

Staff at check in were amazing super friendly and helpful. Carpeted floors were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. We turned the heat on in the room and it was loud and blew Lukewarm air right at the face when in bed. Would not stay again.

Our favorite Hotel in Pigeon Forge. However, this time the staff didn't seem as friendly... and the room just showed some overall age. We had a light out in the bathroom and the carpet was frayed in our room. Wasnt a huge issue but, since this was our 4th stay, we know this isn't the norm. We also didn't have coffee k-cups in our room and when they were requested, I wasn't treated very well it felt.

Only thing we didn't like was the $18.00, per person fee, for a standard hotel, normally free, breakfast. Wouldn't have minded either paying less or it being a decent breakfast for $18.00. Everything else was nice.
