The overall stay was good and the lodge had a nice pool, but we had stink bugs in our room. Maintenance didn't do anything but take a paper towel and flush them down the toilet. They wouldn't give us another room, and said they had nothing to spray to stop the bugs from coming in.

The people were very nice. The building is older and the rooms need a renovation. This property was close to my business meetings and was a good value for the dollar. Everything about the building and the furnishings is old and needs to be updated. There is some exterior renovations going on at this time.

My son loved the water slide. Other than that I would not stay here again. We had bugs in our room, the shower was awful, there was a gap in between the tub and the floor that was disgusting. The beds were comfortable. The elevator broke on the day of check out so there was a ton of people waiting for 1 elevator that just kept going up and down all morning. Overall not a great place to stay. There renovations were on the outside of the building I think they should’ve focused more on the inside.

The rooms were a little dated but very clean. Close to almost all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpfull. Recommend staying at this hotel. Affordable for the area.

Excellent location. Great breakfast buffet. Good swimming pool. Renovations going on. Breakfast is only free for 2 people and 50% discount for the rest and drinks not included.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with anything we asked. The included vouchers for two at the buffet breakfast next door was great. The food was good and the staff friendly. We knew the property had construction going on but it wasn't a problem for us. The room was clean and the kitchenet was nice. My wife loved the artificial fire place. We slept well in the bed but the metal box spring needs to go. The only other complaint is the carpet half of the room needs replacing. We would stay here again.

Overall stay was good. The property is building a structure right in front so sometimes there was noise and it takes up alot of parking. First and second floor some rooms are now blocked by it so I would ask for third floor or up for a view. Breakfast was ok… it was free so can’t complain much and it was buffet style. The room could use a little updating. From the comforters to the tv. Other than that no complaints. Staff was so nice and check in was smooth. It has an arcade for kids plus the pool which is great if you have them! :)

The price was affordable. The hotel was undergoing renovation at this time. Because of this, the wobbly toilet was not yet tended to. The bath towels could have been upgraded, but for the price, it was overlooked. The hotel offered a voucher for a full buffet breakfast at a restaurant next door; this was a fantastic value!

The room was clean and we had no issues. For the price, I feel it needs some upgrades. Honestly, the cheaper hotels with breakfast is better to us. The buffet breakfast was not good and we had to pay extra for it. We had a good trip but won’t be coming back to this place. Thank youuu!!
