The hotel was clean newly renovated bathrooms best shower pressure bed was comfortable biggest complaint was the carpet should have been replaced long ago. That was the only problem with the room. Area at night gave an unsafe vibe although nothing happened.

This property looks like it is trying its best to be better. There were signs of new decore, fresh paint, and easy-to-follow signage. It is not yet a 5-star hotel but it was pleasant, very affordable, and met my needs. If it ever becomes a 5-star hotel, the prices will go up and I was happy with what I paid for what I got. The only issue was requesting a late check out and then having folks bang on the door at regular check out time. Front desk staff need to do better to communicate late check out requests.

There is a lot of repairs and up grades that this place needs no vacuum being used the house keeper only sweeps the rooms and the carpet was so stained everywhere. Not just one stain but 8 places that were as big as a ruler. Hair in my shower before anyone had been in the shower and window seals literally has dirt and dust so thick.

Green Valley Motel has always been clean and quiet. Sometimes parking is a challenge but can always find a spot. Always feel safe staying there. Have stayed there exclusively for the last three years at least three times a year. I was staying over a week this last time and always try to have access to a fridge and microwave. The fridge was about to "give up " on running, wasn't cooling. Called office and they changed our for a fridge with freezer the next day. Thanks again. Will be making my next trip reservations shortly and will be looking for Green Valley Motel on the list.

worst hotel room I have ever stayed in
the room had cobwebs and smelled musty, their was a huge hole that had been patched but, not finished. The door to the bathroom had no locking mechanism and looked liked an animal had chewed it all up. the inside of the coffee maker was dirty, the pillows were flat and very uncomfortable bed. the shower backed up and we were charged a ton for 2 little dogs that were well behaved and well trained. Upon reading the reviews I came across a review 4 months ago, with the same bathroom review.

Excellent for its price. We loved how close the motel to the smocky Mountains. We spent abouts 20 mins to car ride to a very beutiful trail in Mountains! The only thing we didn't like at our room is that water at bathtub is draining down very slowly It makes it hard to take shower. Other then that, it was ok. No bugs issues

Cute! Older property so it’s not super fancy but you definitely have what you need! Mini fridge and microwave, hot water, and the bed was comfortable. There’s a track next door that could be noisy enough to bother some people but I didn’t mind.
