Lots of maintenance issues. Several burned out and missing light bulbs. Slow drainage at vanity. Toilet seat very, very loose. Seat had been broken and tapeb together. No wash clothes or hand towels. Good A/C and TV. Old motel. Needs refurbishing. No free breakfast. Doors were locked. NEEDS NEW MOTEL MANAGER.Give motel a rating of 2. Will not stay here again.

Nasty dirty I tried to upload pics but app won't
The Lobby was dirty there was tissues and paper under the furniture that has holes, the glass door was smudgy dirty, the elevator had trash in it and it was nasty it smelled like an ashtray, the room had only 2 towels and 1 dirty towel the bedsheets were dirty and stained and the pool was nasty and dirty...I immediately requested my money back and looked to stay elsewhere.

Our room had black mold in it. The indoor pool had algae growing in it. Spoke with several other guest that was in the main entrance one day and they had similar experiences. I still have not heard back from the Hotel about any kind of compensation. We came and got married and it was not the weekend we wanted.

There was trash everywhere from the moment we walked into the hotel. The woman at the front desk, who was there every day of our stay, was terrible. She acted as if we were bothering her during our check in and when we had to go to the front desk for anything. She even rolled her eyes at us. The hotel claims to be smoke free but allows people to smoke at their room while standing in the doorway so that the entire room now smells of smoke. I understand going green and not having housekeeping come everyday, but they never changed the trash once in our 3 day stay and we had to go to the front desk every day to ask for more washcloths. We also had to ask for more toilet paper since they never restocked. The room itself was comfortable for 4 adults, but our toilet seat was loose. The location of the hotel was great, and that’s the only good thing it has going for it. The outdoor pool looked green so was didn’t even attempt to use it. There was children running around at 11pm, and their parents never told them to be quiet. It looked as if people were living at this hotel for weeks; they were walking around barefoot and in very minimal clothing. They had grills blocking the sidewalk and some cars were left open and had floor mats pit on the hood. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere clean that is also conveniently placed.

When we arrovwd the hotel closed for the night and left our room keys in the mailbox. Breakfast was never out nc the staff was not there ( granola bars and apple juice). Pools were nice to swim in though.

The very first evening we had to go to the front desk to get towels, soap, and facial tissue. We took pictures of the damages already done to the room (i.e., broken curtain rod, missing piece of coffee maker, holes in the walls, mildew in the bathroom). The following morning we requested daily room service. That evening we had to get our own towels again. We stayed 4 nights. There was NO maid service. Our 1 trash can was overflowing and we had to use shopping bags for our trash. We had no coffee in our room. The 'free' breakfast consisted of granola bars, watered-down juice and coffee. A far cry from the breakfast promised by the Wyndham Corporation in their in-room literature. We will NEVER stay at another Howard Johnson and will be reluctant to stay at another Wyndham property.

We checked in on a Sunday the lady was rude. The rooms didn’t have towels or blankets. They DO NOT OFFER FREE BREAKFAST but they advertise free breakfast. We asked for blankets and they said they did t have any. The phones in the rooms wasn’t even connected. The tubs didn’t drain and the toilet seats was broke. They charged us an extra 250 on top of what we reserved and paid online. The only thing clean and good about this place was the outside pool. The inside pool was dirty and if you don’t like the smell of drugs don’t stay here because that’s all you smell. Even in the lobby.

We stayed here because online it didn’t mention a 50$ hold on our card for incidentals which I always look For and stay elsewhere where they just have your card if it should need to be charged for an issue. They did charge extra and it was held up for a week. But that really wasn’t the worse of it. I got eaten up with bedbugs so badly and we only stayed one night. They didn’t start swelling till we checked out and I have pictures and I did call and let them know and they didn’t act like they cared one bit. It won’t let me post pictures or I would. Never will stay here again. Nasty

If you’re looking for FREE BREAKFAST…keep looking!
As most people know how expensive it is to go on vacation these days, like so many other people, I’m sure…I always look for a hotel that has FREE BREAKFAST included, to save a few dollars. If you do the same, DO NOT book here! They advertise free breakfast but DO NOT have it!! I’ve included a picture of their sign stating they have FREE BREAKFAST…just to show it wasn’t a mistake on my part when booking. Cleanliness was so-so. It definitely could’ve been better, but I’ve seen worse. We had no towels in our room when we checked in. I went to the front desk to ask for some…the lady at the front desk sent us to the laundry room to get some!! Definitely was not service with a smile.

This property needs a lot of work. With a premium location in Pigeon Forge, management and staff should really work on the cleanliness of the property. Too much trash just lying around outside. Our room was spacious, but no towels in the room. We had to go to the front desk to get towels and exchange for fresh ones. No hand towels or bath mat. No ice bucket. Light shining between the door and the facing. Needed a replacement seal. Poor air conditioner had a terrible time trying to keep up. Thank goodness it worked.

Recently my family went on a vacation to Pigeon Forge. We were looking for inexpensive options because we were going during a busy season. I came across this hotel and it was within budget. We didn't need many amenities due to our itinerary. After this trip I will pay more for a place to stay. The only good thing about this hotel is location. First, front desk is not super helpful. Our room was booked for 4 guests and only came with 2 towels and 2 half rolls of toilet paper. We went and asked for more towels and toilet paper. It felt like we were bothering the employees by asking for items that should have been in the room. Second, don't walk around barefoot or socks. The floors are filthy! There is a dirty, oily grime on the floors. Third, grout in the showers are nasty and have black stuff that flakes off. Fourth, the beds don't come with blankets. Sheets only. Fifth, don't book this hotel for the pool. Both pools were green. If money wasn't an option or we could have gotten a refund, then we would have gone somewhere else. Luckily, we were only there to sleep. We even took a shower at the water parks so we didn't have to use the shower in the room.

Know what you are booking
Upon check in the room that we had was nasty and there were things broken. Front desk was notified about it and no solution we had to go and get a broom to clean our room. After the first night me and my children started seen bites on us thinking we had been out that day i didn't say anything because we didn't see anything at the time. By the end of our stay and informing the staff with pictures and concerns that we where getting bitten in one of the beds and the only response i got was thanks for letting us know. I found a bed bug crawling on me. When taken to the front desk i get get rid of that and i eilllet my manager know. I have never been discarded like this before and for the amout of money i spent here younwpuld think they would be concerned.
