☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This cabin has three bedrooms, all furnished to provide a cozy and rustic feel that makes falling asleep easy, during the day or night. The first master boasts a luxurious King bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable King as well and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed with 2 full-sized mattresses that can sleep 4 kids. There is also a sofa sleeper in the Living Room that sleeps 2.

☆☆ LOUNGE ☆☆
The cabin has multiple living spaces such that everyone can carve out a favorite spot. The modern rustic living room has a fireplace, sofas, and plenty of board games. Settle into the couch or matching love seat, and catch up on your not-to-be-missed series on the flat-screen TV. The upstairs game room features a sofa, TV, foosball table, and two arcade games.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook as you do at home. Feel free to make use of the flat top stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and drawers full of kitchen gadgets. The kitchen has a full dining table for 8 for family-style meals. If you want to switch your meals up, you can use the charcoal grill to prepare delicious BBQ meals (charcoal not included).

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The home features three decks that will quickly become sought-after hangout spots. The shady balcony features comfortable outdoor lounge furniture, an outdoor fireplace, TV, and a bubbling hot tub in the corner.

Guest access
Guests at Osprey Landing will have access to the entire home! We hope you have a wonderful stay! You will receive check-in instructions the day of check-in including your personalized special code to our smart lock for the duration of your stay. There are two designated parking spaces.

Other things to note

HOUSE RULES:
1) Booking party must be 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
2) Dogs Allowed (house trained) Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs with pet fee of $150/stay up to two dogs. Sorry no cats. There will be a fee for damage caused by your pet. Please pick up after your pets. No pets on furniture.
3) No smoking inside the home (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc) and No Drugs of any kind
4) Parties not allowed
5) There are NO refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/others that are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
6) Guest acknowledges two security cameras are located on the exterior of the property facing the Entry door and parking area and facing the driveway at the entrance to the drive. There are NO cameras inside the home.
7) Please use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. If you have health conditions, please check with your doctor.

PETS:
We welcome pets as per your booking, please respect these following requests to keep our home enjoyable for everybody.

Dogs are the only pets we allow.  

You may have up to two dogs under 40 pounds.

You must add your dogs to the reservation.  The pet fee is because it takes our cleaners additional time to clean the home after pets.  

Please keep your pets off the furniture and beds.

We provide a food/water dish, a pet bed and a pet blanket.  Please do not use towels for pets.

Please clean up after your pet.


WHAT WE PROVIDE:

*Linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
*Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
*A kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect plus a starter supply of coffee/tea and a Keurig coffee maker.
*A pack-n-play bed & a portable highchair, and a safety gate for the stairs.
*A charcoal grill ( charcoal not provided ).
*A hot tub that is cleaned and drained for every stay. Use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. Adults use at their own risk.
*Unlimited high-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
*Games for indoors
*Pet bed and food/water dish

**Please Note: The driveway to the parking area is narrow and a bit steep. If you have a lowered suspension or an extra long car or truck, it may be tricky. Please be aware. You can see pictures in the photos of the exterior.
