The first room we were put in smelled very musty and had spots of mold on the ceiling, the desk attendant did kindly move us and the second room was better but still had some spots not cleaned on the wall. Also there were spots of mold around the pool edge, definitely needed cleaning

A little buggy
We booked 2 rooms next to each other for two nights, on the bottom floor. There were roaches spotted in both rooms over the course of our stay; seen on the roof, the bathroom sink and in the microwave. We did a thorough search of the beds in both rooms and didn’t find any bed bugs, which is a plus. Also, the staff members we interacted with were very nice. The beds were also comfortable. It’s worth noting that one of our family members booked their own room separate from our 2 rooms, and they never saw any bugs whatsoever in their room. This hotel is affordable and may be worth staying at if you’re feeling lucky and don’t mind a few bugs.

Upon checkin, our room door was open. Creepy. I had the kids wait outside while I made sure nobody was in there. The room smelled. The beds were messed up. 4 roaches crawling on the wall and more on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Changed rooms and the same thing. Disgusting
