It was very nice we enjoyed it. The only thing was the refrigerator wasn’t working right and needed new light bulbs but other than that it was great

Our stay wasn’t so good, the beds were worn out, the rooms had a awful smell, you could only take a shower because the tub was broken, the guy at the desk at checkin was rude as all get out, the indoor pool was so cold you could even get in it, the outdoor pool was dirty,

Loved the location and the staff but the hotel could use some upgrades. When I say on the bed I could feel the springs, the bathroom had cracks on the floor and the shower water went from freezing to scolding hot. The pools were nice but the grounds around them had cracks also and looked dirty. Again, the staff was friendly and it was on the strip close to everything so I appreciated that.

The room is right near a busy road so bring your ear plugs. The pools were nice. Kids loved the pools. Honestly, the place needs some serious upgrades. Probably won't be back.

Our stay here for several days was great. The staff were very friendly. Rooms were simple and clean. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the pool area inside and outside. The stairs leading up both slides were very moldy, as was the inside area of the indoor pool.

It was a great stay! The only thing that the place really needed was a new paint in the room due to the rust on the bathroom door hinges. But over all it was great. Housekeeping came by every morning and restocked on what you needed but was not over bearing. Had vending machines and and ice maker and had 2 pools as well! We liked it so much we ended up staying an extra night!

Hotel that needs to improve
The beds were horrible. The room did not meet the discriptipn of the room. Was suppose to get an ironing board and a chair. Got neither. The room was very outdated with holes in the carpet. The bathroom was dirty. We had dirty sheets and not enough pillows for 4 ppl. Asked for clean sheets told they will bring in 15 but didnt get it till almost 2 hrs later. Pool could use some clorine.

The rooms were clean, but really outdated compared to other areas hotels. The indoor waterslide wasn't able to let my son go down, he an my husband both had to pretty much push themselves all the way down to make it to the pool. The water pressure in the showers were hit an miss an the flux in temperature changes left a lot let to be desired an the coffee makes in the room was old an hard to figure out. The stuff were nice an helpful with any questions we had

I checked in got into the rooms I booked and they both had horrible smells in both. One smelled like an ashtray the other smell of mildew so strong that my eyes watered. I went to the front desk and the lady there was very helpful and apologetic. She gave me a full refund.
