We were there for the Rod Run weekend and it was the perfect hotel choice. The location was perfect, it was clean, perfect size room with every amenity we needed. The staff was kind and helpful. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

was ok but didn't clean room on Friday very good .didn't remove dirty towels and wash clothes and also didn't leave any replacements, had to call front desk and ask for them. instead of them bringing them to us we had to go from 4th floor down and get them ourselves also left toilet paper holder empty laying on the sink

Great location about 1/2 block off the main drag. Easy check in and parking. Room was clean and comfortable.

The late night employee smoked pot heavily and was never at the front desk. The building is stacked so the parking is underneath the building which makes parking risky with the large building structure poles in the parking area. Scary to know you could hit your car easily. Otherwise a great stay! Bed was actually very soft and comfortable! Hall’s & room do get Damp/humid feeling easy but wasn’t terrible.

HANDICAP ROOM A JOKE . SMALL ROOM , BED VERY HIGH , NO CHAIRS TO SIT IN COMFORTABLLY . HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER MOTEL AFTER FIRST NIGHT TO GET A RECLINER TO SLEEP IN , SHOWER LEAKED INTO FLOOR WHICH MADE VERY SLICK , I SUGGEST THAT IF YOU ARE TRULY HANDICAPPED GO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!!!

The room was musty and damp. The beds felt damp. The floor was really dirty. Water was spilled on the floor and was wiped up with a white towel that ended up black! We kept our shoes on after that. The parking was really tight. The ac was hard to regulate. It didn’t stay on the setting it was set on

LeBlanc is our go to in the Pigeon Forge are purely bc of the customer service! The staff is always outstanding! The rooms are very clean mid grade hotel rooms, but the staff should be working 5 star resorts!

We had a quiet stay. Was not handicap friendly. Could barely get the wheelchair in the room. I am 4'11 and could not get into the bed. My sister was in a wheelchair and had trouble getting into the bed. I asked for a stool to help, and it was furnished.
