The staff tried to get me to pay an additional fee after I had checked out and already left the facilities. They tried to explain to me that the pet fee was not included as part of my initial stay however, it was never discussed with me that there was a pet fee per Expedia.

Check in was quick & easy ! When we got to our room and opened the door...we were blown away ! We have never had such a spacious, clean and inviting room ! The jacuzzi was "crazy" big ! We WILL be booking "The Timbers" again !

Great location. Room clean and spacious. sink was almost stopped up, very slow draining. Phone didn't work. Breakfast was a no show as of 9:30 in morning. Overall a good choice to stay.

We would definitely stay here again. It's very convenient to attractions and dining. Walking distance to The Island and pretty quiet area. Staff is very friendly and professional. The grab and go breakfast was good and the coffee was even better.
