Hotel was just ok. Very old. Needed serious updating. It was clean. Grab and go breakfast not our thing, food in cling wrap.

Comfortable room in a great location
I drove to Pigeon Forge for the first time on March 16th and stayed one night. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk to The Island, which has 5 or 6 restaurants, shops and fun rides for your kids, if you have them. I really enjoyed my room and the comfort and convenience of a nice, relaxing night in the Smoky Mountains. Check in was efficient, breakfast was simple, but there is a great, tasty breakfast restaurant called Sawyers just a little walk past The Island. I met another couple during check-in that were celebrating their wedding anniversary and so we all walked to dinner at a nice, fun place called Margaritaville at The Island. All in all, I really had an enjoyable stay and would definitely go back to The Timber Hotel.

Step it up a little please
We had stayed at this hotel previously. The room seemed to have no electrical outlets & we were on the end by the bridge so every time a car went over we could her lots of noise. Breakfast was just some cold items and coffee. As nice as the accommodations are i expected a little more. I would stay here again, just will get the bigger room to cook for myself.

Vacation stop
We enjoyed this location as we did last year. The shower was great wish I had it at home. Only thing wrong was that the fireplace didn’t work or at least we couldn’t figure it out.
