Everything from outside to the lobby and the rooms were perfect. The rooms were very up to date and clean and the balcony over looking the the little pigeon river was awesome. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay at this location on my next trip. I would highly recommend.

I liked the location of this hotel. It was near all the attractions and restaurants we went to. I also appreciated it not being on the Parkway. The breakfast was good. The coffee was a little weak but decent. The room was cleaned and they brought us new towels daily. We enjoyed the balcony facing the river and watching the ducks. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stayed at Twin Mountain Inn and Suites from 10/25/2024-10/30/2024. It is a pet friendly hotel. I saw people with huge pitbulls at this hotel. It was scary when the elevator opened and a man was with his pitbull. I won't be coming back because of this. In addition, a previous guest's dog clawed the door frame of the bathroom door. It looked horrible. The housekeeping uses cleaners that smell like bleach. Everyday we had to open the door to air out the bleach smell. The bedsheets smelled like bleach. Beds were set every day, but the bedsheets were never cleaned. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. It was very nice to have a private balcony overlooking the river.
