Classical and beautiful hotel with fantastic staff from bell persons, front desk, to dining. Gorgeous bedroom with windowed bathroom. Easy walk from train station with suitcases. I would be delighted to stay at Bristol Palace again. Bravo to Christmas decorator at the hotel. A truly kind artist who took excellent holiday photographs of us.

Excellent 5 star hotel with Italian hospitality in the best form everyone makes you feel so welcome and best word to describe is sweet and lovely. The front counter manager is very mean, she gave me wrong place of luggage keeping in wrong railway station, and the place is closed, so I have to run taxi searching luggage keeping and missed the train. Even hotel location and facilities is fantastic, but is front counter is careless, make you feel bad about Genova trip.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. I felt like I was transported back in time when the customer was king. I had to wait for nothing. The room was fabulous, the bed was so comfortable, and we slept the sleep of the dead it was so peaceful. The hotel was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and some of the best coffee. If you come to Genoa, you must stay here.
