This beautiful 1x1 condo is located just off the traffic circle in the heart of Pinehurst which provides easy access to Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen. Home is located on the back side of the building and requires steps. 1Queen and 1 Murphy bed. Home includes cable, wifi, washer and dryer, gas grill and drip coffee pot. Home has a lot of natural light from windows and Carolina room! This condo is perfect for a quick getaway in Pinehurst!
Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee of $150! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact us if you are looking to bring a pet.

Nice place to stay
Our stay was nice. I enjoyed the view of the woods, but at night it was nerving to walk the steps to the door. When we walked in, there was a puddle of Liquid Plumber that had leaked on the floor. No one came to clean it up. But all in all it was very peaceful, clean and quite place to stay.

Lovely townhome in a great location
We enjoyed our visit to this Pinehurst townhome. Perfect location. Very clean. Very bare bones with respect to kitchen items but perfect for two people.

Great Condo!
The condo was exactly as listed. It was clean, roomy, had all the needed amenities, and close to town. I recommend this place to anyone that can go down stairs. It is tucked away on a lower level and very quiet and private. Parking was always available. Check in and out was easy.

We were happy with the accommodations. It was great for my daughter and I. The condo did have a stale smoky smell when we came in from outside, but seemed to go away. Labeling your light switches would be helpful because we couldn’t find the light/fan switch for the main room.

Very clean stay for one night
This was the perfect place to stay the night before a round of golf. The only thing I would have liked to see was some coffee for guests to use and also some shower necessities. We didn’t pack any for one night and thought they would have been provided. Not a big deal though. We would still rebook. Thanks!
