Pinet - for a great stay!
The property and the pool absolutely lived up to expectations. Our only difficulty was with the check in communications with the property owner on arrival, but sorted very quickly. Very happy to recommend for our age range 12 - 74!

Lovely house, lovely holiday
We had a great time, the house was as good if not better than described. It was a short walk into the village bakery and little supermarket, and a short drive to the coast for the beach and boat trips. We were only there for a week and wish we could have stayed longer.

Schönes großes Haus mit herausragend eingerichteter Küche.
Sehr sauber und ordentlich, schöner Pool. Einzig negativ ist das Bad im Obergeschoß mit einer viel zu kleinen Dusche (60x60cm). Die Schlüsselübergabe war leider nicht optimal. Erst 2 Tage vor Ankunft bekamen wir auf Anfrage die Auskunft, dass uns jemand in Empfang nimmt und wir kurz vorher anrufen sollten. Bis 20 Minuten vor unserem Eintreffen kannten wir noch nicht einmal die genaue Adresse und es stellte sich auch erst zu diesem Zeitpunkt heraus, dass uns keiner in Empfang nimmt. Die Schlüssel steckten auf der Tür. Wo und wie die Poolbeleuchtung angeht haben wir nicht gefunden. Öffnung des Tores, Bedienung der Spülmaschine etc. durch ausprobieren herausgefunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Rand des kleinen Örtchens Pinet. Es gibt einen netten kleinen Bäcker (Montags geschlossen) und im nur wenige Autominuten entfernten Pomérol einen Supermarkt. Zum Meer sind es allerdings 30 Minuten Autofahrt.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Pinet
Das Haus, der Pool und der Ort Pinet sind einfach traumhaft. Wir sind als zwei Familien mit insgesamt drei Kindern und vier Erwachsenen hier gewesen. Das Haus ist groß und sauber. Es bietet mit den vielen Schlafzimmern ausreichend Platz für alle. Auch, dass zwei Familien räumlich über zwei Etagen getrennt schlafen können und getrennte Badezimmer haben, ist super. Der Pool ist super. Sehr groß und durchgängig etwa 1,40m tief. Der kleine Pool eignet sich super zum Chillen oder für die kleineren Poolnutzer. Dass direkt am Pool eine Dusche und Toilette ist, fanden wir ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft, da man nicht nass durch das Haus laufen muss. Ebenso der Grill am Pool wurde stark von uns frequentiert. Wenn wir Unterstützung brauchten, zum Beispiel um beim Pool die Wasserqualität einzustellen, waren Sylvain beziehungsweise sein Bruder Thierry umgehend zur Stelle und haben weitergeholfen. Ansonsten kann ich das Château de Pinet - Gaujal de Saint Bon sehr empfehlen. Wir haben dort eine wunderbare Verköstigung erlebt und uns ordentlich mit gutem Wein eingedeckt. Die kleine aber feine Bäckerei La Mie d‘Or in Pinet haben wir für unseren täglichen Bedarf an Baguette und Croissants angesteuert. Ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Haus nach Pinet und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Malgré du retard (circulation des vacances) nous avons été très bien accueilli. Propriété sans mauvaise surprise correspondant exactement à la description de l’annonce, extérieur agréable avec la terrasse donnant sur l’extérieur et sur la piscine. Seul bémol les guêpes. Séjour très agréable dans un endroit calme et accueillant. 👍👍👍

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, merci au propriétaire pour les échanges sympathiques. Au vu de la chaleur la piscine était bienvenue, heureusement que nous l'avions et celle ci est très agréables mise à part les guêpes et les moustiques. Une clim dans les chambres serait un +++++. Nous gardons l'adresse ;-)

La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Les contacts avec les propriétaires très cordiaux. Le seul bémol est qu’il faisait très chaud dans les chambres à l’étage et qu’une climatisation serait un plus.

Wohlfühlurlaub im Traumhaus
Danke an Familie Miramond. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abfahrt war alles wunderbar. Die herzlichen Gastgeber wohnen gleich nebenan. Alles ist fast noch schöner als die Fotos zeigen; es fehlt innen und außen an nichts. Die ruhige Lage im Grünen ist genau das, was wir uns wünschen. Der einzige Nachteil :-) : nach 14 Tagen war unser Urlaub zu Ende und wir mussten unser Paradies auf Zeit verlassen.

prachtig groot huis,
prachtig groot en mooi verzorgd vakantiehuis met zeer verzorgd zwembad en goede bedden. Ontvangst door echtpaar was prettig doch men sprak geen woord engels. Een paar kanttekeningen willen we nog kwijt,: In omschrijving staat niet dat bedlinnen en handdoeken extra geld kost. Zou bij deze prijs inclusief moeten zijn. In de keuken staan helemaal geen basisprodukten, zoals zout, peper, suiker,afwasmiddel, genoeg vaatwasblokjes, etc.; een beetje zuinig. Bij vertrek stond de eigenaar al 15 minuten voor vertrek in de tuin te wachten met schoonmaakploeg en ging om 10.00 uur gewoon naar binnen,terwijl men kon zien dat we aan het inladen waren. Kwam niet echt vriendelijk over, zo van nu wegwezen. Verder lag het in heel mooie omgeving en veel leuke uitstapjes kunnen doen.

Toller Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie
Wir haben das Ferienhaus für 6 Personen gebucht (Eltern, 2 Kinder, Großeltern). Vor Ort haben wir alles angetroffen, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns bei Fragen sehr gut unterstützt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig inmitten von Weinbergen. Zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt ist man in 5Min. Zum Strand waren es ca. 15 Minuten. In der Gegend gibt es auch viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten Wir hatten einen runf um gelungenen Urlaub und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Prachtig huis, super locatie, volop buitenruimte en basic inrichting. Beetje vreemd dat handdoeken en bedlinnen niet inclusief waren. Het inchecken was eenvoudiger gegaan als dit in een paar woordjes Engels had gekund.

Belle villa au calme située dans le vignoble de Pinet.
Avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison familiale très confortable et très bien entretenue à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur .L'accueil par les hôtes a été très chaleureux. A cause de la météo, nous n'avons pas pu profiter des aménagements extérieurs et comptons bien revenir pour enfin plonger dans cette belle piscine .
