Welcome to our enchanting retreat in the heart of Pine Top! This charming and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin is surrounded by lush pine forests and boasts all the comforts you'd expect from a fabulous vacation rental.

As you enter the cabin, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, complete with comfortable seating, stone fireplace, and 70” 4K TV. The open-concept design ensures a spacious and airy atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings or friendly get-togethers.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, cookware, and ample countertop space. You can gather around the dining table, or take your meals outside to the scenic wrap around patio, equipped with an outdoor grill, expandable dining table, Solo Stove Fire Pit and additional seating.

The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for up to seven guests. The master suite features a plush king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and picturesque views of the surrounding pine trees. The second bedroom has is equipped w/ full size bunk beds and a twin trundle, while the third bedroom (loft) is outfitted with a pull out queen bed, perfect for children or extra guests.

The upstairs game room has a pool table with optional ping pong table add on, dart board, board games, Street Fighter arcade game, NBA JAMS GAME WITH 10,000 classic games. A 4k TV and dual monitor desk if you need to plug in to work remotely.

Short Summer Getaway
We, our teenage boys, and their two friends enjoyed our 5 day summer getaway and stay at Bearpaw. We had plenty of space to connect, play pool, ping pong, darts, and old school games together. The cabin had all we needed to relax, and unwind. Location was awesome, close enough to nearby lakes for fishing and in town dining if needed. The cabin was also nice and quiet towards the back of the development and near a walking path in the woods to be able to stretch our legs and explore the mountains. Can’t wait to book this spot again, maybe next time to play in the snow!

Happy Family of 4 Summer of '24
For a family of 4, this house was perfect. Not only did the kids have bunk beds, but they had the awesome game room upstairs and of course, everything to explore outside. I actually didn't take PTO this week, so worked half days in the office upstairs - that was awesome. Internet is super-fast and the ability to plug in my laptop with those monitors was a nice touch. House was immaculate and quite honestly, the 'Bum Sprayer' in the Master was a great touch - going to install one in our home now! Only feedback would be a) pillows - all were way too hard and b) the strike plate on the front door needs to be adjusted as it is applying too much pressure on the lock when the touchpad tries to open it = not enough juice. As a matter of fact, I had to lock the door on the inside, then go through garage, click the button and jump over the sensors :) Kids found it funny - all good. Overall, great place, great location and fantastic experience for the money and the space.

Beautiful cabin in a perfect neighborhood
We've rented other cabins in Pinetop-Lakeside and this one has been the best. We love the location (the neighborhood). It's absolutely serene, quiet, beautiful; just far enough outside the town proper, but within 2-3 miles to eat or grab any necessities.

Great place for a family with kids!
The kids really enjoyed the loft area with the arcade games. The house was clean and perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood where the kids could play in the cul-de-sac. Would love to stay again!

Thanksgiving fun
Our family of 5 & 3 dogs had an amazing time. The host anticipated everything we would want and the property was exactly as posted. We especially loved the large wrap around patio with multiple outside seating options, hammock, fire pit, video games, pool table & a decorated Christmas tree. A nice surprise was the National Forest across the street & nearby access so we could explore & take the dogs to play. We thought the price was excellent & we will definitely be back.
