The only problem i experienced was at check in. I booked the room 2 months in advance through Expedia. The charge hit my account in June. When i got there to check in, the two girls at the desk couldnt find my booking. I had to dig back through emails to find the confirmation number before they could find the reservation. Other than that, everything was fine.

The handle on the toilet in our room was broken. They had maintenance knocking on our door at 8:30 AM wanting to fix it, which woke us up. The person at the counter when we checked in was rude and inappropriate.

Nice big room, but I don’t understand why a nice hotel like this has no freezer compartment in the refrigerators when their much less fancy competitors have freezer compartments. I need the freezer to re-freeze my blue ice overnight.

The lady who checked us in acted like she would take it personally if we tried to sneak in a pet. We didn’t even have one with us and when we’re at home our pets are outdoor! Was ridiculous how she acted. Lamp in our room was not working and had to plug in the other one. Coffee was lukewarm and half and half was expired. Otherwise good stay and comfortable beds.
