NOTICE FOR 2019
There are planned roadworks in Oberposta which were always announced with the complete closure of the respective area during working hours. Unfortunately, it is not foreseeable when the construction site will reach our holiday property. However, a diversion via Wehlen will be set up so that you can arrive by car. You are welcome to ask the status of the construction site before booking via e-domicile.

Enjoy the best time of the year in our semi-detached bungalow with wonderful views over the roofs of Posta. It is located on the Elberadweg in Pirna (near Dresden) - the gateway to Saxon Switzerland.

Our bungalow is cozy and functional and ideal for couples or solo travelers.
Even small pets may be brought. The complete renovation took place in 2017. 





Arrival from 4.00 pm, departure by 10.00 am,
if on the day of arrival or departure is not a direct change of tourists, also a later departure or earlier arrival time can be arranged



NO W-LAN available





The bungalow can only be reached via a staircase (60 steps + 10 steps in the house), this is NOT handicapped accessible, there is no luggage lift! Remunerated is the effort with a wonderful view. Parking is available directly on the street in front of the stairs.





If bicycles are brought along, they can not be taken into the property due to the staircase, an alternative storage in the immediate vicinity can be made possible, please inform us in advance



Please call about one week before arrival (gladly also contact via WhatsApp) to discuss the handing over of the keys and to inform if you want to rent bed linen and towels or bring it with us



if the bed linen is not rented by us, please note the following information:

The bungalow has many large windows to enjoy the view, the attached blinds provide complete privacy if required, but no complete darkening





Dogs are allowed in our bungalow (up to a medium size, eg. Labrador). Please note, however, that your four-legged friends have to climb the stairs to the bungalow





The costs for final cleaning, pets, bed linen and towels are to be paid on the spot in cash for a receipt



For short-term bookings (up to 7 days before arrival) we ask for prior non-binding inquiry on the respective landlord portal.



Charges:

- Local tax / tourism tax: No city tax / tourism tax (obligatory).
- Heating: included in the price.
- Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 30 EUR (compulsory).
- Towels: to rent once per person for 2 EUR (compulsory).
- Bed linen: to rent once per person for 3 EUR (compulsory).
- Pet: one time per pet Costs of 20 EUR (compulsory).
- Fuel Fireplace: to be brought by the tenant per object per day (obligatory).
- Parking: per object and day included in the price.
- Electricity: included in the price per object per day.
- Water: included in the price per object per day.
