Welcome to Villa Martinelli, a lovely 2 bedroom cosy apartment with private pool and the most amazing hosts. The little apartment has a a kitchen/living room, upstairs a double bed and a single bed in 2 bedrooms. There is a bathroom with shower attached to the bedrooms. There is a huge patio that can be reached from the kitchen/ living room via French doors.

With magnificent views over the historic city of Pistoia, within easy reach of the Tuscan capital Florence, Villa Martinelli is perfectly placed to relax by the pool and take time to visit the treasures of Tuscany.

Villa Martinelli is in the small village of Valdibrana, noted in Tuscany for its production of delicious olive oil. The house is in a beautiful olive grove, producing some of the best oil in the area. The apartment is newly renovated, with a double and a single bedroom. Please note, the single bed can be made into a bunk bed.

The location above Pistoia ensures that the air is always fresh, and there is air conditioning for when the weather becomes hot.

A fine private salt water pool makes this a very desirable, great value holiday property.

The nearest grocery store is 2KM away. The city of Pistoia is easily accessible by bus (approx 20 minutes). Taxi's into the city are not expensive and only take 15 minutes. The city of Pistoia has many restaurants, bar/cafes as well as shops and museums. Pistoia Blues, a music festival happens every July/

Nearby Florence is easily reached by car or train in 30 minutes.

Your hosts Stefano and Beatrice will make sure that your stay with them is peaceful and relaxing. Stefano produces what is considered by locals to be the best olive oil in the area, and he also used to be a chef at one of Tuscany's top restaurants. He is very generous with his olive oil and other produce. You will have a very authentic Tuscan experience here.
