The shower was not working properly. The handle to turn the water on would just spin around and not turn the water on

Our room was clean but the hallways and outside area had trash and dirty carpet. We had a 4 day stay and eventhough I mentioned the dirty hallways and elevators to the front desk, they were not vacuumed or cleaned during our stay. The pillows were also very soft and lumpy. The staff at the bistro were very friendly and helpful.
