We stayed here because we were in town to drop off a child at school, and the hotels near her college were either unavailable or too expensive. At first we worried for the distance from campus, but the location is perfect. Not too far, and yet close to a mall that took care of every last minute shopping need. The fact that the hotel itself was clean, staff courteous just added to the experience.

The staff was excellent from check-in on Friday night through check-out on Sunday. Every time we left the building or entered - we were greeted. The woman working the breakfast did an excellent job of keeping everything stocked, warm and clean each morning. Great location - convenient to shopping and dining.

I booked two king bed rooms and was given two queen bed rooms when I ask why they said the toilet was broken in one of the king rooms but didn’t mention the other king room? I believe they booked my rooms to someone else. This is the second issue I’ve had with holiday inn I’ll never stay at their hotels anywhere again.

Hmmm... could have been better
The bed was very uncomfortable gave me back pains. Exhaust in the bathroom was tooooo loud and annoying. TV did not work, saying no Signal found. It was in a remote area and driving to the hotel was a big deal.

The service and pet friendliness was exceptional. This Holiday Inn Express is located in a very busy commercial area. Physically, it was very clean and par for the course for a Holiday Inn Express. Great location related to dining, shopping, and recreational activities.

The staff is mostly friendly and tries to do tehir best to accommodate visitors. The things I found unacceptable. at the time when breakfast was served floors in the elevator and all across 1st floor were very dirty. at breakfast a number of food items were unavailable. They were out of yogurt both days we had breakfast at the hotel. Cinnamon rolls - they were out. The hot water dispenser was not working

The staff was absolutely excellent. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. We were placed in the room closest to the elevator so it was pretty noisy. The shower drain needed cleaned and we were standing in water during our showers (annoying and kinda gross if you think too hard about it). Also, you could tell they recently worked on the AC unit in the room, but never finished painting. It was OK, but could have been better.
