Bad customer service
The guy at the front desk was not friendly, he didn’t greet me when I entered. My room key didn’t work so when I told him he went to go check came back and just handed me an envelope and said here’s your new room. No enjoy your stay, didn’t go over hotel amenities or anything. I wish I would have gotten his name. If someone is working at the front desk they should be friendly and pleasant.

The staff was very helpful. I was a Holiday Inn member a long time ago. When I said that I wasn’t any more (and without me asking), they went the extra mile; investigated and found out that I still was (which gave me extra perks)!

Great stay
The hotel was conveniently located to all the activities we had planned. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but it was included and not bad. There was a good restaurant next door. We were very happy with our stay.

Very Pleased!
Our stay was very nice. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only very minor issues were that our friends in the adjoining room only had 2 hangers - there weren't any of the silly, but helpful things such as a tv channel listing, the door hangers "do not disturb", etc. Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel. We also like the location. It was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and felt like it was away from everything, yet it was very close to everything. We were overall very pleased with our stay.

The front desk staff was wonderful, courteous, and quick try and handle problems. I did not like the fact that a know leak was in my bathroom ceiling that got worse the night before i was suppose to leave was was offered a new room that was not the same as the one i was in and maintenence was not available until 0700 which he did not arrive until sometime after i left to go downtown at 1100. I was give a 100.00 discount which is ok but not satisfactory to me.

This property looks nice in the lobby but the rooms are dated. It’s just an average hotel. It’s definitely the value for the money. The breakfast was ok. The juices were very watered down. The staff took longer than expected to replenish the breakfast items. Would I stay here again? Sure. Overall rating 6.5/10

Room was clean and staff was very nice! The only complaint would be that the thermostat seems to be on a light/movement sensor? It worked fine while we were up watching TV, but didn't stay on during the night so the bedroom got warmer than we would have liked. My husband got up and manually adjusted the thermostat late in the evening but it was off again and warm by the time we got up.
