Came over the hill from Reno. Great access from the freeway. Dinner was great and waitress was so fun, we could have talked all Night. If it was a little warmer we for sure would have enjoyed the hot tub.

The rooms are consistently clean, the staff are amazing, the breakfast option is top notch. Pool and hot tub/mezzanine area is lovely. The lounger chairs around the pool are a huge fail, they are locked into a very awkward and uncomfortable position, no way to adjust them, possibly to discourage folks from sitting in them longer than 10 minutes. Maybe accept the fail, donate them and buy something usable for guests?

Decent hotel for short stay
Recently had a one night stay to attend a wedding nearby. The hotel is easily accessible from the freeway, although right next to In & Out. Good if you want a burger, but lots of traffic. Check-in was good, rooms weren’t ready but they swapped us to some that were. Rooms are adequate. Beds decently comfy but pillows very thick. Our bathroom area was awkward. We liked the extra sink, but that narrow area contained the room door and the bathroom door, so it was quite tight to maneuver. Overall fine for the one night stay.

Fabulous hotel in Auburn
Holiday Inn Auburn was very nice. Our room and bath were spotless. The staff was very friendly and chatty. They let us check in early because we were going to a memorial and wouldn't arrive till much later in the evening. The wi-fi was strong. The restaurant was good. The breakfast is worth the extra $8.

Awesome hotel close to everything! The restaurant was delicious, clean rooms, awesome courtyard with fire pit. The beds were a little too firm for my liking but the pillows were comfy. Best hotel breakfast and the staff from both the hotel and restaurant were wonderful.
