Great property with very helpful staff. Unfortunately, I had to fetch our bags from the lobby as they had not been delivered in a timely fashion. The buffet breakfast was a real treat. I missed the lobby bar as it was under refurbishment.

The hotel is situated in a good location. What I didn't like was when we arrived no one helped us with the bags. The furniture in the room is really old, the chair by the desk was ripped and the bathroom is very small. The line up for breakfast are ridiculously long. The hallways in the hotel were overly crowded.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Property is very tired and need some updating and maintenance. Valet is terrible. Had to wait over 45min for my car and st that pricing, it’s simply unacceptable.
