Dogs banking in rooms on both sides of us ...maintenance never came to fix shower even though we told them night 1 it was broken the floors in room were dirty the baseboards in room and bathroom were horrible nasty ...no room services (cleaning) for the whole time we were there...when we needed something and called the front desk it took so long we had to go down and get it ourselves to make them do anything just don't stay here!!!!

When we got into room there was a polar pop on the dresser maybe from housekeeping. Beds were hard. Breakfast was cereal or waffle muffin and yogurt. Could hardly understand the check in guy. The floors were coming up in the room.

My room smelled like mildew and musky. Three of my four lamps had blown bulbs. My phone in the room did not work when I finally was able to find someone to come look at it they replaced some of the bulbs, but said they couldn’t fix the phone… every time I needed towels or service. I had to walk from my room to the front desk due to no phone in the room operational staff was super rude
